Background: Kagu was born in the Nara Period to a well off military family. However he was born sickly due to an unknown disease affecting his lung. He was able to learn swordsmanship but had a life expectancy of 30. At the age of 20, a mysterious doctor arrived at his family residence offering to cure him, he accepted. The cure was divided into two drug that must be taken. While the doctor had the first one, he said it would take some time to create the second one due to one of the ingredients being hard to find. Kagu was fine with that yet after taken the first drug he found that it was fixing his lung yet now caused him to burn under the rays of the sun. Eventually the doctor created the second drug which Kagu then took allowing him to finally go out in the sun. Some time later Kagu had an encounter with a swordsman named Yoriichi Tsugikuni who at first believed him to a servant of a demon known as Muzan Kibutsuji. He eventually cleared that misunderstanding and Yoriichi believed him.
As a gesture of good faith, Yoriichi taught Kagu the basic of sun breathing which Kagu then developed into his own breathing known as Midnight Breathing. Later on Kagu got into a conflict with Muzan which resulted in both being injured, Kagu was healed by a woman named Tamayo. Kagu then spent several years with Tamayo who revealed she was a demon. He allowed her to study his blood in order to figure a cure for those who have been turned. Kagu left one day to check up on a family of Coal Burners who were the descendant of Sumiyoshi Kamado, a man who gave shelter to him and Yoriichi as well as the person trusted with Yoriichi legacy. Yet when Kagu got there, he would eventually start a new journey.

Enemies: Muzan Kibutsuji and Kokushibo
Breathing technique: Midnight
Forms : 1st Form- Setting Sun (A downward slash that starts out red/orange before becoming black)
2nd Form- Unclear View (Several slashes that create cloud cover the battlefield) 3rd Form- Shinning Mikoto (A single slash done in the the form of a circle by the user spining their body)
Final form- Greeting the Dawn (This form requires the blade to turn red as well as a mastery over breathing. This form is multi slash hitting the opponent at once leaving very little chance to block or dodge)
Blood Demon Art: His demon appearance (When Kagu uses Blood Demon Art he take on his demon appearance which grants him different abilities. These abilities include Flight, Increase in strength and speed which he uses alongside his breathing, harden skin as well as blood manipulation)

Originally this was going to be the one for Log Horizon yet changed due to the announcement of the final arcs of demon slayer being turned into a trilogy of movies so I hope you enjoyed.
