Once upon a time there was a girl named Miranda who fell in love with a man and got her heart broken because he had another woman pregnant at the same time as her. They resided in the same hospital during their time awaiting the birth of their children. Miranda felt sadness and anger upon realizing that she was not his only one. The two mothers who had laid in hospital side by side gave birth only a week apart in the corresponding month. At seventeen years old became a mother, a provider and a protector.

Two Years later

Miranda was on her way to meet her youngest brother, Kelvin. She just happened to catch the eye of man named Joseph. He was a tall, handsome, charming man. Who in his pursuit of her took her on many dates and bought her many gifts. He created blissful moments with her, He treated her well. Miranda fell head of heals in love with this man that she could not think of anyone else but him and not only did She give him all her love in hopes that he mirrored it back her way.

But also, she had to endure another betrayal from a partner that gave fruit a child while in a relationship with her. But her love for him was just too strong and so she forgave him and decided not to hold anything against an innocent child as she began to raise her as her own. Soon after they planned for a baby, she was excited about her pregnancy. As it brought about many pregnancy cravings causing her to eat a lot and so nine months later had given birth to a 9lb baby boy through the grace of God.

He was a big baby who was almost like a small bodybuilder. He had very light skin that grew darker as time went on as he liked the sun a lot and so the handsome baby boy whom everyone loved was named him Daniel.

A few months later due to prolonged activity she found out she was expecting another baby, and this resulted with her crying from home to where her partner Joseph resides. Upon finding out about her pregnancy he promised to marry her while consoling her that everything would be alright. But his promise to marry her stemmed from ulterior motives that he had when they met. On the day she gave birth to her baby joseph was not present, she knew he was with another woman but at that time she really wanted to believe that he was just genuinely late as she had overheard the phone call with his ex-lover.

Thus, Miranda gave birth to a baby girl named Bethany in the absence of her fiancé, she was a small, beautiful baby girl. After some time, her fiancé Joseph showed up and upon his arrival was just in time to hold the baby as he justified his lateness. Tired both physically and mentally she forgave him.

Many years later when the children were around 5 to 10 years old. They decided to have their wedding, her son Daniel was responsible for the rings, her stepdaughter was the flower girl, and her daughter was the mini bride. Although she received many oppositions from both sides of the family who told her not to marry him as she would undeniably suffer the consequences and that she would face it in the long run. Miranda blinded by love simply ignored their concerns for her and married him.

Upon getting married Joseph could not be bothered to keep up his facade for long, so he manipulated and used Miranda for his benefits. He got her to take out many loans, buy vehicles and materials to build a house. He reaped the benefits of the marriage as he abused, used and manipulated her and her children. It was noticeable that the children did not have a good relationship with their father as he was never really home and when he was, he would just laze around and yell at them when disturbed. He took out his fierce angry from his mistresses on his family, it felt as if they were walking on eggshells in their own home. And when the sun sets, they stare outside between the trees to glace at the silver so that when he enters the premises they can run to a safe space.

In addition to this, her stepdaughter was taken away by her mother during a school day and left the country. They only found out about it after they had left and could not do anything to stop her. Miranda who had raised the child since young, was very upset to hear that she left along with her children who missed their elder sister.

After some time, she got pregnant with their third child together. Whom Joseph strongly opposed to having the pregnancy and suggested aborting it, this resulted in many arguments, but Miranda refused to give up her child, she was determined to have her child and raise it even if she had to do it alone. And so, for nine long months she argued with her husband about the baby.

So, on that Day she gave birth to a beautiful baby girl whose color was so white that she almost looked like an albino was given to her husband who after seeing the child plastered kisses onto her face. This shocked her as she went through hell during her pregnancy just for him to behave like nothing happened. But she was glad that her daughter was loved and so she was named her sapphire who brought great joy and peace to her life. In the following year she welcomed a grandson from her eldest daughter who looked like her son-in-law.

As years went by, she discovered just how gifted her children were her eldest son Daniel who had great skills when too came to fixing and making many things. Her daughter Bethany who was the brains of her three children with him, exceptionally smart with good grades. Her youngest daughter Sapphire was a natural beauty and despite her not yet hitting puberty had a very voluptuous body.

Miranda enjoying a seemingly normal day where her children were in school while she took the day off to relax was met with a suprise as her husband had come home early that day to kill her after being instigated by his favorite mistress. She fought for her life and barricaded the door of her room where she waited for him to him leave after dropping off her youngest daughter where she fled to the police station.

They had placed a restraining order against him but during that time he used it to convince her that he had changed. He spent time with the children which he never did before. He succeeded in his scheme as she forgave him again. After that she slowly began to lose trust and the love she had for him. She began to see what she had not seen happening right Infront of her face.

In addition, they soon moved into the house that they built in a new neighborhood that was closer to her in-laws. After many conflicts with her husband, she decided that she could not grow her children up in this type of environment and so one day she entered her children's room and ask them how they would feel if she divorced their father. Upon being met with positive answers from her children she decided to leave him. She packed up her stuff and left with her children as the whole neighborhood watched the scene unfold.

Miranda now led a happy life with her children as they healed from their sufferings. Looking back on life Miranda now saw how foolish she had been to love a man so much that she allowed him to dictate her life. She saw everything for what it was, how she could not spend time and take care of her mother while she was sick who later died of cancer because he had her money and refused to give her a ride. He had distance her from family and friends, so she had no one to talk to, he broke her both financially and emotionally and all the other ally's.

but with strength and the grace of God she shall prevail in life and build up herself again after wasting twenty years of her life with a man who broke her.

THE END.
