A time period before episode 1...

Location: The Copper 9 Urban Wasteland

Goal: K I L L

"Employees": Serial Designation N and V

Starting Story...

-Somewhere in the downtown ruins-

In a secluded part of the wasteland, a very small drone settlement is located inside a massive parking garage beneath a major complex. The entrance is guarded by two worker drones, armed with only a pistol and a combat knife tasked to watch for any threats as they volunteered for the WDF.

Guard 1: Another day of guarding a random door...

Guard 2: We're doing something, right?

He responds while chuckling.

Guard 1: I guess yeah... but this job is so uneventful

Just as he complained, a grenade shell lands between them outside the poorly barricaded entrance.

Guard 1: Ah, look, robo-jesus has answered my prayers!

Guard 2: You're so funny, dude, but something feels wrong-

The grenade explodes, instantly neutralizing the two mindless drones.

-Targets destroyed-

The source of the being that fired the grenade shows herself after the explosion clears out, following behind her is a less serious coworker. The first drone is Serial Designation V, a psychopathic disassembly drone who only lives to kill as she seems to only enjoy that and nothing else. The second drone is Serial Designation N, an effective machine whose "flaws" make him less of a coworker but more of a friend.

The two of them make an entrance by touching down on the ground, with both of them retracting their wings not too long after.

V: Idiots didn't even realize it was us

N: Maybe they were tired?

He commented in a less amusing manner.

V: J's report is correct. There is indeed a colony

N: That means we make a pretty good team!

V: Ehhh, we'll see about that

She turns on Feral Mode and heads straight inside to start having her own fun, which is killing vulnerable worker drones.

N: Okay then...

He also turns on Feral Mode to assist V in her little massacre.

-Short Murder Montage!-

[Just pretend some random classical music plays over it]

For the first kill, V simply uses a chainsaw and shred a helpless worker drone, all while laughing along the way.

Now, for the less brutal second kill, N deploys his SMG and fire a single burst of bullets onto a worker drone hiding behind a table.

For the final part before the montage concludes, V fires another three 40mm grenade rounds on a group of escaping worker drones.
