Cynthia knew it wasn't Jeffrey. But that doesn't mean he wasn't a suspect. Still, the thought of letting go pisses get off. But either way, she was glad Vanessa provided a suspect for them to look for.

A male, white with brown eyes and dirty blond hair.

Once her and Erin meet up with Hank and Antonio, the boss asked them. "The guy we brought in, Jeffery Baker—what eye colour does he have?"

"Blue." Grant answered.

"Plus, he was in our custody when this rape happened." Lindsay added.

"As much as we should hold this guy, we can't. We got nothing on him. Yet."

Hank had to agree with Cyn. As much as Jeffery is a suspect, they can't hold him unless they have more evidence!to nail him. "All right. Kick him." He then tells Dawson who's beside him. "Get the word out—blonde hair, brown eyes, possibly damage to the eye. Check all clinics, hospitals, see if anybody came in for an eye injury."

"I'll get it out to all vehicle and foot patrol." As Dawson leaves to do that, Hank notices the two women are a bit uneasy. It was bad enough that it happened to young women, but now this rape happened to a teenage girl.

Cynthia knows that she won't be the same after what she was put through. But she knows she'll recover. But still, a young girl.

"Hey, you two okay?" Hank asked them.

"We'll be okay once we catch this asshole." And when she does, Cyn is gonna pray to whatever god exist for some restraint, because right now, she's in no mood.

Hank and Erin knows how this can effect her and comfort her. "And we will. Until then, keep a clear head." Erin advised.

Time Skip

When they got back, they reported what Vanessa told them. "Okay, so, if the perp was rational, I mean, he'd leave town knowing that the heat is on, but there's a good chance he's not, so most likely he's angrier. He's more fixated because his needs went unmet." Detective Rollins thought of  what their serial rapist might do.

Detective Tutuola puts his two cents in. "He probably has a good idea that he left DNA under the victim's fingernails, and it's only a matter of time before he gets I.D'D, so he's gonna need to strike soon while he has a chance."

Hank nodded in understanding. "All right, hospital and clinic, check with foot patrol down at Riverwalk. Beat the bushes on this guy."

When they dispersed and after bumping into Ruzek, Detective Rollins heads into the kitchen where Grant and Lindsay are. She pours herself coffee and when she drinks it, "hmm. Oh yeah, that confirms it. Chicago cops cannot make a good cup of coffee either."
