Those words rang in my head all night. It was now 4 AM and I still could not close my eyes one bit. I looked over at Lia to see her sleeping peacefully and yanked the charger out of my phone. I hate that the first person I thought of texting was Minho. I hate how much I liked that kiss. I hate his handsome smirk. I hate how much I need his lips on mine again.

What did I get myself into? Very bad decisions, Yeji, horrible.

Coming down the stairs, I met my eyes with Minho's. That devilish, worldwide-known smirk was playing on his lips. Goddamnit, that smirk makes me faint. It's like he knows how much it affects me, yet it's so nonchalant.

"Hi, darling. Up for another late-night meetup?" Minho questioned in a low voice, to not be heard by the whole house, when I approached him.

"More like early-morning, but whatever. It doesn't matter. We need to talk, sit down." I replyed, matching his volume.

"Sure thing, bossy girl." he quickly agreed.

And then did the unthinkable.

Pulled me down with him. On his lap!

"Minho!"

"Shh... We don't want to wake anyone, do we?" he said, snaking his arms around my waist and pulling me closer to his chest.

He caressed my back in a gentle motion like he was trying to calm me down. I hate how comforting it felt.

"I..." I trailed off, finding it hard to form words in that position. "I'm not sure how I feel about you yet. Let's just not put a tag on this right now."

"It's easy, my darling. Do I make you happy? Do you feel good around me?"
