The scars along Raven's body were like a road map of constellations on his skin with a story behind every one from a match, his addiction to drugs and alcohol, and his childhood there wasn't a spot on his body that didn't have a scar or tattoo covering one. You also had your fair share of scars before you even began wrestling, you were having a night out with friends when you were attacked by an older man leading to you in the hospital with a cut on your shoulder and a year later you were in a car pile up that left you cut up badly and pinned which popped your hip out of place and the pain never truly went away but you always managed to get through it with heating pads, pain relievers, and epsom salt baths, when you and raven finally got together you showed and told each other about all of your scars that only made the two of you trust and love each other more. Steam flowed throughout the bathroom as you and raven showered in a comfortable silence while running your hands through each other's hair and along the other's body, you gently trace your fingers along a pink scar on his back as he rinsed conditioner out of his hair looking over his shoulder as you softly press your lips along his skin knowing that this scar had a deeper meaning behind it from his childhood and the demons that followed him all his life that he never shared with anyone at all but you knew everything of his childhood and life before wrestling and you not only knew raven but you knew who was under the mask of raven and that was Scott Levy. He was the man that showed you love in a way that no one else ever has and taught you that he wasn't like the other people who had been in your life and left you alone but you taught each other to be open and allow vulnerability in tender moments with each other, you traced scars on his chest as his hands lightly hold your waist as you kissed his chest and shoulders before he was kissing the scar on your hip and up your sternum leading to the two of you holding each other and whispering to each other in between paused kisses losing yourselves in each other as the moment grew even more tender, gentle, and intimate without any sexual aspect to or behind it, "Your burden is light and I hope that you can wash away those years, you didn't deserve what your father did you" you felt tears on your skin as he laid his head on your chest kissing your shoulder before more paused kisses are shared with your hands intertwined and the press of lips on scars was how the night ended and I love you was said without any words at all.
