Kenny finally popped the question to Sarah. He couldn't be more happy, but something in him didn't feel right at times. He loved her but his heart was somewhere else.

"Hey T! You ready?" Janet walked into Toni's place unannounced , Sarah invited them both to her bridal shower. "Did you get the gift? I didn't have time to get anything" Toni said coming down the stairs.
"Yes, it's something playful & lighthearted. Don't worry" janet gave a playful grin. Toni rolled her eyes putting the finishing touches on her hair. Janet was always up to something. Toni opened the box and her eyes widened "seriously J! Lace panties!?" Toni chuckled. Janet looked at her with a "what's the problem" look on her face. She was unpredictable. "What if she opens it up in front of everyone. That would be embarrassing".
"Relax Toni, it's all in good fun besides I know her man will love it" Janet said playfully pushing Toni's buttons. "I'm joking T, I thought you were over him?" Janet said. Toni wasn't sure anymore she just wanted to be happy for him. "Are you ready to go?" Toni said with a slight annoyance.

The sun cast a warm glow over Sarah's garden, where tables adorned with flowers and delicate pastries, creating the perfect setting for her bridal shower.
"Now she knows how to throw a party" Janet said as her and Toni entered the garden, everyone was laughing and chatting with each other. Sarah greeted them warmly, her face glowing with happiness. "So glad you guys could make it, come on let me introduce you guys" Sarah dragged them.

After the gift opening Sarah thanked everyone and her best friend announced it was time to play a game. "Alright, soon to be Mrs. Edmonds we're going to see how well you know your fiancé". Everyone gathered around taking a seat. Toni and Janet sipped on there drinks watching from a far. "Guys come play with us" Sarah motioned them over. Toni didn't think it was a good idea. She didn't want to embarrass Sarah because she knew Kenny her whole life and everything about him but Janet insisted. Janet loved stiring the pot.
They began asking questions about Kenny's likes and dislikes and quirks, Toni was getting everything right and it made Sarah grow a little envy.
"What's Kenny's favorite food"
"Pizza, with extra pepperoni"
"Favorite movie?"
Before Sarah could answer "star-"
"Star Wars" Toni said
As the game went on Sarah began to feel skeptical. She knew they were best friends but she couldn't help but to think there was something more to it. A slight frown creased her brow.
