Madison's P.O.V.After all that had happened yesterday I was ready to sleep in. But that was all ruined when my alarm clock went off at five O'Clock in the morning. My alarm clock being Jazmine banging pots and pans together and standing right by my bed.
"Its five in the morning, what could you possibly want this early!?" I asked Jazmine
"You, my friend, are going to go school shopping with none other then me!"
Oh joy, school shopping. I hated shopping of any kind. It didn't matter what it was for I hated it. But school shopping could be fun, if you went with Jazmine. But I still can't grasp the thought of being dressed at five in the morning. I mean come on who does that?
"Come on we have lots to do today!"
I swear Jazmine is way to happy about mornings
"Can't we wait til like, noon? I need my beauty sleep!"
"Nope you can't. Up,up, up!"
"Fine you might be able to get me up, but I get to wear what I want."
Usually when we went to town she picked my clothes, claiming that she couldn't be seen in public with someone out of style. But style usually meant tight uncomfortable things, which I wasn't in the mood for.
"Alright I'll be back in an hour, and no you can't go back to bed" she made sure to say the don't go back to bed part extra loud
After I dragged myself out of bed I put on cut off jean shorts, and a white tank top with orange spots on it. Then I put my hair in a messy pony tail. Soon after, Jaz arrived wearing a back shirt that hung down over one shoulder, and a black mini skirt that had corset lacing up one side. And of course her favorite black glittery heels. Since I wasn't wearing any shoes I slipped on some purple high tops, right before we left.

By the end of the day we had raided every store in the entire city. On the way home all Jazmine talked about was what she wanted to wear once school started. When she first started talking I was listening, but pretty soon my mind wandered to other things.
Like when we went into Hot Topic and Michael was in there. He was probably school shopping too, but for some reason seeing him, stuck in my head. I mean its not like I have a crush on him, he is the guy that killed my brother. If I liked him that would just be weird. But still.
"Are you okay?" Asked Jazmine
"Yeah I'm fine, I was just thinking."
"About what? You were smiling like an idiot" she said kind of worried
"I haven't seen you smile like that since the last time you, me, and Aiden went sledding last winter."
She was right I was smiling like an idiot. And I didn't even know why. Did, I have a crush on him? But how could I? He killed my brother after all.
"Come on, let's go put your new clothes away" said Jazmine as we pulled into the drive way.

Soon after we put everything away we started sorting through our school supplies. I had bought a black binder, two green note books, a striped pencil bag, and six blue note books. After I had sorted through everything I started to put stickers on my binder. I put stars and smiley faces all over it. Then came the boring part. I had to sort through my note books and put what class it was for and my full name. After writing Madison Coleman on just about everything my phone wrang.
