"Killian loves me!!!" She screamed, her forehead veins popping.

Aurora couldn't believe her eyes.

Killian just stood motionless, no expression as usual.

He's staring at the fireplace, and an evil idea hit his head.

He went for Sasha and grabbed her by the collar of her blouse.

"Tell me you love me!!!" She yelled at his face, but he wasn't even looking at her as he pushed her to the fireplace.

"No no Killian!!!" Aurora screamed, but before Sasha could fall into the fire, another arm caught her.

Sasha gasped as she was brought back to her feet, and when she saw Jordan's face, she gulped.

"Jordan" she softly said.

Jordan let go of her, and she sniffled.

"Goodness! Thanks for coming Jordan!" Aurora held her chest with an hand, releasing the breaths she held.

Killian gave Jordan an indecipherable stare before walking out of the place.

"Thanks for saving me Jordan" Sasha tried hugging him, but he sent her back with a burning glare.

"Jordan...

"Don't try your luck, I can hurt you myself. Saving you meant nothing" he muttered and walked out too.

Sasha sniffled again, her burnt hand looking hideous as she looked up at Aurora.

"Your ladyship...

"No Sasha. I have to talk to your mother, you should go for a psychiatric test" Aurora shook her head, and three maids came in.

"Your Ladyship, your lilies bath is ready" one of them reported.

Aurora was led out, and Sasha turned her gaze to the fireplace.

"Misfit, you dunno Killian at all, I only have to make him hate you" she said, her voice laced with venom.

Jordan met Killian still waiting in his car when he got out, so he joined him.

Silence ensued for a minute, then he faced him.

"Were you really gonna drop her in the fire?"

"Is that even a question? I already dropped her, and she'd be burning right now if you didn't show up to play the fúcking Romeo part" Killian glared sadistically.

"I know she messed up, but...

"Are you fúcking crazy? She toyed with your fúcking head back then and you became a silent boy cos of this same whore! The next time you play Romeo, I'm fúcking killing you!" Killian spat, looking so enraged.

Jordan came down from the car, and Killian drove off.

He entered his own car and waited for a minute before driving off too.

Malachi came out of the castle almost immediately, and the surrounding guards stood at tension respectfully.

"Extra eyes on Jordan and Killian from now on" he ordered, and two guards bowed to that.

The fundraiser is just starting, and the guests are arriving at the underground park for VVIPS, going in richly.
