(5 months later)

Jisoo and Hae-In bought a house together, which meant Jisoo had left her dorm. Of course, her members were saddened by this news, but of course they still understood.

The soon to be mother was now 7 months and 2 weeks pregnant. It didn't get any easier though. Hae In was deeply concerned for his girlfriend. She was throwing up about 3 times everyday. Sometimes she just wouldn't stop.

Jisoo was laying down on her bed, sound asleep. Suddenly, she felt a wave of nausea, which immediately made her wake up. She quickly turned her head towards the garbage bin and vomited.

What a great start to a morning, wasn't it? But it wasn't anything new to her, at least from the last 3 months.

"Are you okay, sweetheart?" Hae In asked her, walking into the room. She just weakly nodded in response. Jisoo began to get up, and made her way to the washroom.

Hae In went back to the kitchen to finish baking the pancakes he had made for her. A few minutes later, she walked into the kitchen, and quickly sat down to not risk another dizziness spell.

"Good morning my love!" Hae In told her warmly, while giving her a small peck on her lips.

"Good morning to you too. Why are you being so nice today?" She giggled.

He just ignored this comment. Yes, he was being nice to thank her for being so stromg, but he also had some off-putting news to tell her.

As she began to eat her pancakes, Hae In spoke up.

"Jisoo, I know this is the last thing you wanna hear but... I got enlisted in the army." He explained to her.

She didn't know how to react or respond, she just gave him a shocked look.

"But you'll be there for the baby's birth, right?" Jisoo asked, her voice quivering.

"Yeah, most likely I will. It's a two month program." He answered.

She breathed a sigh of relief. They both didn't know what to say after. How was Jisoo gonna take care or herself alone? Sure, she had her friends and family, but she needed the father of her child.

Jisoo couldn't even make breakfast for herself without throwing up by the smell. Let alone get up by almost passing out. How was she gonna do this all alone? Just like how a child needs both parents, an individual needs their partner.

"When are you gonna leave?" She asked him, trying her best not to burst into tears.

"Next week."

"Oh, okay."

They didn't say much after that, except for Hae In asking her if she wanted to watch something. Jisoo put on the first thing she could click on. Once it was on, they both didn't say a word. Jisoo just rested her head on Hae In's shoulder until the movie was over.
