Nervous couldn't even begin to describe how Atsumu felt, poor Kiyoomi couldn't help but watch the omega pace their livingroom. Dinner is in the oven, a Miya family favorite Tonkotsu. Sunday has finally rolled around, and poor Atsumu thought that he was ready, hell he was almost certain he was ready after giving himself a rather long peptalk in the mirror that morning. Now, he was stressing, less than a half hour before his ma is supposed to show up for dinner.

"Tsumu, I don't think pacing like that is good for the baby..." Omi finally decide to speak up to hopefully calm his boyfriend. "Maybe you should sit down and try to relax a little bit, you're starting to stress me out."

Atsumu gave him a crazy eyed look, making the alpha flinch. "Calm down? CALM DOWN?! My ma is comin' over fer dinner and yer telling me ta CALM DOWN?!"

"I just think that stressing this badly is good for you or the baby, " Kiyoomi approached the omega and wrapped his arms around his waist. "Besides, all I have to do is be polite, and respectful. Plus if I get something for you instead letting you grab yourself it wouldn't be out of the ordinary since it's something I do for you on a daily basis."

That made Atsumu visibly relax a little, only a little. "Sorry Omi, it's jus' my ma is judgemental and they're not exactly very forgivin' I'm jus' worried that they won't like ya."

Kiyoomi kissed Atsumu's forehead to reassure him. "I'll do my best to impress them don't worry."

"If they ask about yer intentions jus' tell them that ya intend to help and that should get them ta back off ya a little bit." Atsumu said moving closer to Kiyoomi and cuddling into him.

"I'll tell them my full intentions, not just that I intend to help with the baby but that I'm going to not only be part of their life no matter what but I intend to never leave your side so long as I live."

Kiyoomi heard a sniffle, looking down and the omega in his arms he saw tears streaming down Atsumu's cheeks. Panicked Kiyoomi gently grabs his boyfriends cheeks. "Atsu, what's wrong baby?"

Atsumu sniffed again, "I's jus' y-ya said ya want ta be by my side till ya die, and tha' made me happy."

Kiyoomi smiled and kissed Atsumu, suddenly the door bell rang, and the pair split apart. Atsumu ran to the door and Kiyoomi walked to the kitchen.

After wiping his face and making sure it wasn't red in the entry way mirror he opened the door. "Heya ma, come on in!"

"'ello Tsumu," Akira said as they walked and and took their shoes off in the genkan and initially entering, his son in tow. "So where is this oh so famous 'Omi Omi' ya used ta tell me about?"

"Oh! He's in the kitchen takin' dinner out of the oven," Atsumu got a look from his ma but continued anyway. "Table is already set if ya wanna go sit, do ya want anythin' to drink? We got tea, water, coffee, Omi made a fresh pitcher of orange juice, no pulp since I hate it."

"I'll try some o' tha' orange juice," Mama Akira said making their way to the dining table. "I' wanna make sure he's feedin' ma baby right."

Atsumu nodded and walked into the kitchen to Kiyoomi plating dinner and making it look pretty and neat, something he does on a regular basis causing Atsumu and other guests to tell him that he should work in a resturaunt. Kiyoomi turned around and smiled, at the Omega.

"I'm done plating dinner, I'll take your plate and your ma's out first and let me get them a drink, what did they want? Also what do you want to drink?" Kiyoomi said walking towards the fridge.

Atsumu stepped back allowing Kiyoomi space to open the door, "They want orange juice, and I want water."

"Alright, go sit down and I'll bring it to you..." Kiyoomi paused." Actually can you wipe the table down first? I don't want you or your ma to eat on a dirty table there should be wet wipes in the TV stand."

"Yea' I can do that."

Atsumu walked out of the kitchen and got a wierd look from his ma, "Omi's bringin' out food and drinks he jus' asked me ta wipe down the table real quick."

Akira made a 'hmm' sound but didn't say anything, so Atsumu quickly wiped the table down and walked into the kitchen to throw the soiled wipe away. Kiyoomi was cutting a lemon for Atsumu's water, and and orange for Mama Akira's.

"Table's wiped down Omi whenever yer ready." All Atsumu got in response was a quiet, 'ok' before going and sitting at the table with his mother.

"Does he normally make ya sit an' wait fer 'im?" Mama Akira asked.

Atsumu smiled, "Yea' since we found out I'm pregnant a few days ago he's taken to doin' almost everythin' fer me."

With perfect timing Kiyoomi emerged from the kitchen, Atsumu and Akira's drinks in hand. He set them on the table and turned to greet his future mother in law.

"Nice to finally meet you, Sakusa Kiyoomi." Kiyoomi bowed in greeting. "Sorry I didn't come greet you at the door, I wanted to make sure dinner didn't burn and that everything was perfect."

Akira looked at Kiyoomi skeptically, "I's nice meet ya as well, great ta finally put a name ta a face. Akira but ya can call me Mama Akira."

Atsumu let out a breath he hadn't know he was holding getting a look from both his boyfriend and his mother, "Atsu, you ok?"

"Yea I was jus' worried that somethin' was gonna go horribly wrong." The younger Omega admitted.

"Well now ya don' gotta worry, 'bout us not knowin' each other's names." Mama Akira quipped, not helping Atsumu's worries at all.

They haven't even started eating, and Atsumu can already feel a stress headache rolling in.

Hey! So sorry this is a bit late and a bit shorter than the last 2 chapters. I've trying to attemt to plan out chapters and stuff, I think I'm going to go throught the chapters I already have out and make them a wee bit longer. I'm honestly terrible at keeping on a schedule, and I have school starting soon. It's my senior year!  I'm not at all excited cause then I have to go to college after, and not by choice something about how, "It's better for you in the long run." Or something stupid like that but I live in America! Where it doesn't matter if you go to college anymore, all employers ask at this point is that you have a highschool diploma! Anyway not the point! I'm gonna be a bit busier with school in about a week and a half so I'm going to try to keep at least a chapter every 2 weeks post a chapter but I can't guarantee that nor will I ever.

I hope you all enjoyed this short chapter, I'll do a clean up later when I clean up the other 2.

Hope yall have a nice whatever time of day it is when you read this!
