"Is this okay?"

"Not compatible."

"This one?"

"Your eyes are so big, Why do you suddenly want to wear glasses?"

Oye's mouth dropped as I tried on a pair of glasses at an eyewear store. Today, I don't have boxing lessons because the boxing gym is closed. Since my brother had free time, he invited me out to eat lunch with just the two of us.

I walked into the glasses store because the image of the man named Ter was still imprinted in my head. Not that I liked him, that's because I couldn't help but compare myself to the person Phi Dee liked.

Very respected, and handsome right? From his neat hair, to his glasses with a kind face, to his neat and tidy formal dress, everything is perfect.

I sighed and put the things back in their place. I looked at my reflection in the mirror. I never doubted how beautiful I was, but this was the first time.

Me and that Ter, the guy Phi Dee liked, are different.

Beside that, I had to train the next day. I might not see Phi Dee as often as I used to, because Phi Dee is also busy with work. At this time, I had to act immediately.

"Sighing again? What's wrong now? Are you heartbroken because you have to go to training and you won't be able to see Wandee?"

"No, not at all."

"So you won't buy glasses?"

"It doesn't suit my face."

I walked out of the store. My brother looked confused, but he followed me out anyway. Oye closed his eyes and looked at me. I looked at his face, secretly observing his similar face before speaking.

"You're very lucky Phi."

"Why?"

"Because Cherry likes you even though you're strict."

"That's stupid..."

"I like Phi Dee, but he doesn't like me... He likes that Ter more..." Then I sighed again. Huh! This time, it was Oye who took a deep breath.

"You just found out that you like him, huh?"

"How do you know...?"

"I saw the look in your eyes when you looked at Wandee. I know you like him. You've wanted him for a long time."

"Do I look obvious?" I was surprised at my own simplicity. I've wanted him for a long time? I didn't even realize it.

"Yeah. Cherry and I know." While he's still crossed arms.

"I didn't realize that I thought of Phi Dee that way."

"Then what are your plans?"

"Nothing... I'm trying to be a good person and want to be the kind of person that Phi Dee likes."

"Are you uncomfortable?"

"I feel that Wandee likes you." Oye patted my shoulder. Maybe it was just to give me courage, comfort, or something, but it didn't make me feel any better.

I looked at the floor as I followed Oye to the mall.

"He doesn't like me. He just wants to use me to get revenge on Ter." It's sad but that's the truth.

"Are you afraid of losing? Will you give up right away?"
