Chloe walked into the kitchen as she looked to see Freddie as he sat with Lexi and Lillie and smiled. Chloe knew how it was a lot to let him back in their lives and in her life. She knew how none of it was easy and she knew all that Freddie had done in the past but she could see that he wasn't the same man he once was and knew how he was trying

Freddie looked up at Chloe and smiled as they held a look "I'll be back in a minute. lil. Can you finish her hair" Freddie said as Chloe smirked

"Are you learning to do hair. You were never good at that" she said as he nodded

"I know I wasn't. I am trying" he said as they walked out of the kitchen and into the garden as Freddie glanced around

"You did well for the girl who had nothing as you told me when you first met me. I'm proud of you" he said

"My parents left me money when they died. It's not easy none of it has been easy but I wanted to give them a home. I only lived in here a few months we lived in a flat and they shared a room and it wasn't easy I wanted to give them better than we had growing up. Yeah I had a family but I grew up on secrets and lies and your mum struggled I don't want that for our girl" Chloe said as Freddie smiled

"I love how you took lexi on as if she is yours"

"She is. No matter what anyone says she's mine" Chloe said as Freddie smiled as he took her hand in his and smiled

"Your not alone in this anymore" Freddie said as Chloe smiled

"It's going to take a lot to trust you again" she said as he nodded

Chloe stood walking through the village with Lillie who looked to her "your going to be late for school" Chloe said as Lillie looked to her

"What is going on between you and my dad I seen you earlier in the garden having secret meeting are you getting back together?" Lillie asked

"What after everything that he did I don't think that would be wise. We were in the garden as we were talking over things and we didn't need young ears listening in" Chloe said as Lillie looked to her and smiled

"I know it's not easy I do. But you and dad always seemed to find your way back to each other your easing his daughter after all" Lillie said

"Lexi is mine no matter what anyone says and I did that for you so you'd have your sister grow up with you. You were her age when she was born and you loved her so much"

"I remember and I remember how it broke your heart seeing her have his baby. She took him away from you but she's dead and trust me lexi will not know just what her mum did to all those people but you deserve to be happy you have sacrificed a lot for us and dad went to jail you weren't yourself I know that you missed him" Lillie said as Chloe looked to her and smiled

She placed a hand on her daughters cheek and smiled

"You are the best thing to happen to me and when it comes to your dad and I well it's a lot more than missing him" Chloe said. Chloe knew how Freddie went to jail for attacking her rapist and she knew that she didn't want her girls to know the reason over it all
