It had been a few days, Norixx kept a close eye on Xavier, staying home from work to watch him.
Norixx and Xavier were sitting on the couch in the living room, watching tv together. The doorbell rang, Norixx sighed and stood up, going to answer the door. He opened the door, being faced with a tall man with void black hair, orange eyes, and pale skin. He had a cold gaze on Norixx, Norixx's heart dropped, being face to face with Azathoth, the ruler of this world. Xavier stood up and looked in the doorway, seeing Azathoth. His face immediately lit up, saying, "Father!" As he rushed over to Azathoth, hugging him. Azathoth's cold gaze softened, he smiled warmly at Xavier, hugging him. Norixx looked completely shocked, Xavier noticed and giggled, "Norixx, meet my Father!" Xavier said, Norixx cleared his throat and said, "hello..." "who is this?" Azathoth said coldly. "Oh-! This is my partner, Norixx. He's an officer for the underworld." Xavier said, looking at Azathoth. Azathoth kept quiet, glaring at Norixx. "Why dont we go inside?" Xavier said, leading his father into the house.
Azathoth sat in the kitchen, watching Xavier make him a cup of tea. Norixx stood in the doorway, watching the two nervously. Xavier set the cup of warm tea down infront of Azathoth, Azathoth happily sipping on it. Norixx walked over to Xavier, grasping his hand, "hey, can we talk for a moment?" Norixx whispered. Xavier nodded and the two went into the living room, Norixx looked nervous, saying, "i never knew your dad was such a high being...You never told me-!" "Because i knew you wouldnt believe me-" Xavier responded, smiling. "But- sigh you're just full of surprises, bunny." Norixx sighed, smiling as he kissed Xavier. "Hes nice, i promise. Hes just protective from my past partners.." Xavier mumbled. "Why dont you come sit down, chat with him!" Xavier said, smiling. Norixx sighed and nodded, the two going back into the kitchen, sitting down with Azathoth. "Sooo, Father, why did you come to visit?" Xavier asked, seeing Azathoth smile. "I wanted to see you, and i also heard about your recent..incident. You were shot?" Azathoth asked, looking concerned. "Ah- yes..uhm..i was taken hostage by a ceo in the underworld..Norixx saved me though-!" Xavier said, looking at Norixx. "I almost did..." Norixx said softly, looking saddened. "No, you did honey." Xavier said, holding Norixx's hand. "I see." Azathoth said, sipping on his tea. "Im just glad you're okay now, Starlight." Azathoth said warmly, smiling.
The three chatted for a bit, until it was dusk outside. "Ah, appears its becoming night, apologies for talking so much." Azathoth said, standing up. "No no its okay father, ive missed you-!" Xavier said. "I really must get going, i am quite tired. Im sure you are too starlight." Azathoth says, kissing Xavier's forehead. "Ill take him to bed in a moment." Norixx said. Xavier hugged Azathoth, He smiled and pet Xavier. "You, Norixx. Take care of my son, understand?" Azathoth said, seeing Norixx nod. Azathoth took Xavier's hand, kissing it as he disappeared into stardust. Xavier yawned and was immediately scooped up by Norixx, being taken to their bedroom.
