After Kayla had gave Jayda her phone back she sat and scrolled through them deciding on which one to post, switching apps over from photos to instagram she opened her camera roll on the app.
Clicking on the one she put in her favorites deciding to put a song over it searching up "IDGAF" in the search bar adjusted it to mariah the scientist part, looking at it again before clicking *post to story*.
"Mena i'll be back, i'm gonna go talk to Booka nem you wanna come?" Already knowing her bestfriend was going to say no she asked anyway just be sure.
"Nah i'll stay out her i need some fresh air anyways" She told her waving the girl off Jayda looked down seeing her phone vibrate in her hand.
Furrowing her eyebrows she looked around them immediately caught eye contact with him looking over seeing the girl Kayla was talking about on his lap.
𝘒𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘝𝘰𝘯𝘧𝘳𝘮𝘥𝘢𝘰 𝘩𝘢𝘴 𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘢 𝘮𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘢𝘨𝘦 Jayda opened the message thread seeing he said "𝘔𝘦𝘦𝘵 𝘮𝘦 𝘪𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘥𝘦" hearting the message she got up walking over to the slide door that lead inside.
She was nervous rubbing her sweaty hands on her denim shorts, hearing the slide door open she turned to face him.
"You know if Booka see me talking to you he gone start questioning me" She told him looking around at the unfamiliar house looking for any signs of Booka.
"Ain't nobody worried bout that come on" He grabbed her hand leading her upstairs to one of the unvaccinated rooms.
In reality he was worried he knew if Booka caught him talking to his little cousin it will be weird between the two, and he was ready to risk it but not just yet.
He knew they was in basement which was turned into a small gaming room, he just had to get them out of sight quick before anybody saw them.
"Ain't seen yo lil ass in days what you been on" He questioned the girl as they sat on the bed in the room.
"Wasn't feeling good" She lied fidgeting with her shorts avoiding eye contact with the male that was close to where she got a whiff of the cologne he had.
