The next morning, on the dining table, Maya joined the rest of the sixteen orphans.
'Maya are you alright, you haven't spoken since yesterday'
'I'm fine' Maya said as she gently wiped her tears
'Are you sure' Christie asked to confirm .Maya left the dining table.
'What's wrong with her?' Arian asked
Anyone could tell from Arian's sourpuss attitude that he didn't care about Maya because he'd grown to see her cry. By now you could say he's learnt to feed on her sadness, yet he was ignorant of his demonic development.
