Hunters Pov: ( 7 years old)
Time has flown by quickly today. Father and I have finished majority of the unpacking. However Father has been acting quite strange ever since we have moved to Belgravia. Mother and him have been more excited than normal. I guess, they must really love the new house!
Our new house was quiet big compared to a normal house. However every house in Belgravia was big. Belgravia was a residential area where the rich lived amongst the rich. If you were not born from wealth or ran a million dollar business then you could not afford to live in Belgravia. Belgravia consisted of mansions and high end houses only. My family could afford to live in Belgravia as we had a family business. Our family business was the Reed Dynasty, one of the biggest financial companies in the state. My father was the CEO of Reed Dynasty and I was the heir to the company being the first born son of my family.
I wonder how Riley can afford to live in Belgravia?
Father moved us to Belgravia to open a new company branch and for us to have a fresh start after what has happened. That's a story for another day... Father inherited Reed Dynasty from his father, just like every generation that came before him. When the first born son turns 21, he inherits the family business on his birthday and will be titled CEO of Reed Dynasty. On my 21st birthday, I will be title Hunter Reed, CEO of Reed Dynasty.
My father started training me from the age of 4 years old to run the family business. It started off as attending daily morning meetings before school and has moved to joining father in his daily business proposals. The number 1 rule in my family is: it's never to early to start. Training me from a young age was to equip me with the knowledge and skills of the business.
Being only 7 years old, I have more responsibilities than anyone my age. I would love to play video games all day however instead I attend business meetings with my father. I was taught young, that success comes with responsibilities. That's my life as the heir of Reed Dynasty.
It's a repeating process: sleep, work, school, gym, sleep.
I wonder if anyone else can relate to me.... Maybe Riley?
