Chapter 37

Earned it ~ The WEEKND .

I Made a mistake a stupid one , He was ignoring me , I know i hurt his feelings but what i told him was just the truth and he knows it .He knows that i didn't mean it and yet he still is giving me the silent treatment . I Didn't go to russia i decided he was right and i could be walking into a trap .

So i mostly slept all day and then i ordered dinner .  But adrian still didn't come back so the lonely boring evening rolled into the next day .

I sat on the couch of my living room going through emails and drinking my coffee it was ten thirty when the door opened and a tired looking adrian walked through the door and put his breif case on the table , He unstrapped his gun belt from his waist and put his gun down carefully on the table .

He undid the knot in his tie and pulled it off , His eyes met mine and he nibbled on his bottom lip something he did when he was upset , He turned around and walked back to our room . There was this nagging feeling in the back of my mind screaming at me to follow him and apologize .

I Tried to ignore it but in the end it won and i found myself putting down my coffee cup and walking into our room that was empty only to hear the shower running so i sat myself on the  corner of our bed and waited .]

Fifteen minutes later he walked out in his boxer shorts , And ignored me while he climbed into bed . I turned to him so i could see him directly he looked tired . He was drained .

'' Can i talk to you '' i say quietly when he opened his eyes before scoffing and turning away from me muttering a later .

i signed and got up before walking to the side of the bed Where he was , I sat down and ran my hand through his hair before i leaned down and kissed his forehead .

'' Im sorry baby '' i say when he opened his eyes and looked up at me , His eyes softened the slightest before he sat up and rested his upper body against the headboard .

'' Is that what u thought i was doing all along , Using you like you ment nothing to me'' he says getting angrier at every word . It looked like it physically pained him to say using you .

I shake my head in a no motion .

''You could use your words earlier so why dont you use them now '' he spits and i almost flinch but knowing i deserve his words i ignore it .

'' No im just finding it hard to understand how you all of a sudden wanted me when you spent years of your life hating me '' i finally say the words that have been playing in my mind for weeks now .

'' I never hated you why cant you understand that , Cant you remember the first time we met the time i tried to be your friend and you instantly started hating me for no reason '' he says camly and my eyes widen .

I Wanted to be he's friend i just wasn't allowed , With my boyfriend and my father they controlled my entire life when i was in school .

'' Im sorry '' i say , I want to tell him why i couldn't be his friend not that he would believe me , But i cant it would just make thing worse .

'' Im sorry for what i said i didn't mean it can we just forget about it please '' i say when he nodded and pulled me ontop of him putting my head on his lap while he massaged my hair .

'' Yeah konieczno ze, malysh'' he says in russian , It just popped into my head that i was trying to learn it a few months ago i should continue it .

''Penso di starmi innamorando di lei'' i say knowing he cant understand me , He looks down at my eyebrows furrowed before a smirk takes over his face .

My brows furrowed at this , He cant understand me can he .

'' Wanna know something '' he says lifting me up so i straddle him and i nod confused to where he was going with this .

He leaned into my ear before whispering the words that almost send me into  cardiac arrest .

'' I already love you '' voice soft he says the words that i never thought i would hear or deserve .

'' What '' i breath slowly , He understood me , He fucking understood what i said .

Fuck Violet why didn't you keep your mouth shut .

'' I fucking Love you Violet '' he says before connecting our lips , I melt into his arms completly and utterly  into him for as long as he'd like .

I wanted to keep him .

'' Don't worry you dont have to say it back i just wanted you to know that , I love you so much i cant think of anything else , I love you so much it consumes me '' he says looking me right in the eyes and i  swear i feel like im going to faint .

And with that he pulled me down and connected our lips again .

I Fell onto his chest we were completly naked under this light sheet , sweat all over us . When he finished declaring his love for me , He fucked me slow for and hour he kissed me for most of it . He worshiped my body , Covered me in his marks . 

My breathing shallow i asked the question that ran into my mind this morning .

'' Where were u all night '' i say looking up at him while he played with my fingers locking them with his .

'' I was in my office for most of the night doing papaer work and then i went to my warehouse and killed a few people that were working with the FBI they were trying to find files for my shipments '' he says looking down at me lovingly .

I ran my hand across the light stubble on his face and nodded .

'' Tired baby '' he says and i nodded before laying my head on his chest while i put my arms around him so he would stay here with me .

'' Sleep , im not going anywhere '' he says leaning down and kissing my nose , And with that i fell asleep safe in his arms .

Last cheesy chapter before shit gets messy and its now time for drama , As i said this book will be around 50- 60 chapters so were not ending it just yet and anything could happen .

This book is a bit boring for a mafia book , So from here on most of the stuff in the WARNINGS are going to happen , And most of the violence .
