It was all he could think about, the feelings he felt and the way he noticed how his body reacted when he heard or saw the other. He loved how his heart would race when he came near and how his mind became blank when he spoke, most of all he loved the comforting and safe feeling he gave.
Looking over to his right he saw the perfection he called boyfriend in his arms, sleeping like there wasn't a bother in the world. With a kiss on the top of his head, he too got comfortable making sure to keep his hold on the other.
"Why aren't you sleeping yet?" A muffled voice said, Seonghwa smiled.
"Not tired I guess." He shrugged loosening his hold on the shorter who turned to face the taller.
"Why?" It was a simple question but it also held so much worry, this sent a small smile to the taller.
"Was thinking... Thinking about you." He cringed at his own words as a chuckle slipped through his and Hongjoong's lips.
"Don't say that again." Hongjoong laughed this time, it was genuine one that many don't hear, Seonghwa could feel his stomach tingling. There it goes again.
"I promise I won't, it even cringed me out." Seonghwa added to the sarcasm which sent them into a fit of laughter.
"But seriously, why are you up still?" Hongjoong changed the tone in his voice, he wanted to know why his man was up so late.
"How you make me feel." Sure it was straightforward but he wanted to let Hongjoong know how he truly felt.
"I think I see myself with you and only you." Seonghwa said in a daze as he watched Hongjoong move positions. He found himself leaning up against the headboard with the other comfortably sitting on his lap, both legs on either side of his.
"You think or know?" Seonghwa chuckled, he had a feeling he was going to say those familiar words.
"I know, I know that I'm going to be by your side for as long as we live. I know that we are going to have disagreements, I know that we'll work through it. I know that you'll be jealous, I know I'll be jealous. I just know that we'll be together through anything that life throws at us."
Hongjoong listened, he didn't want to leave anything out that Seonghwa was saying, he wanted to feel those words said in his heart. Engraved to be remembered for years to come. Hongjoong smiled at Seonghwa with his eyes glossing over with love that Seonghwa was only allowed to see and feel.
"This may just be the beginning of our chapter but I don't think I'll ever get tired of you." Hongjoong smiled brightly before he pulled Seonghwa into a sweet kiss that held so much more then words could say.
