While Denki went to talk to Recovery girl about Serena's medicine, Shoto went to calm down Serena. He knew that if she was left to her own devices that she would end up harming herself more than she already had in the past. When he got to her room that was across from his he knocked on it only to get the door to open as he knocked on it-meaning she didn't even shut her door all the way when she got up to it. He went into the room only to see that she was curled up on her bed depressed.

Shoto had shut the door behind him before he sat down beside her as he petted the side of her head softly. "I'm sorry you have to constantly deal with this Rena...you shouldn't have had to deal with so much because of our classmates."

"Momo really hates me doesn't she?" Serena said through her sobs

"I don't know. Ignorance is bliss-you know that Serena. None of them even think to ask you anything about yourself especially seeing what you can do versus what your idiot brother was able to not be able to accomplish."

"I hate this...I haven't had my medicine in days...I feel the affects of me not taking them taking over Shoto." She said sadly

"I'm aware of that, it's why I came to check up on you while Kaminari went to go and ask recover girl about your medicine."

"C...Can I have cuddles please? I...I hate this feeling." She asked sadly as she looked at him with pleading eyes

"Of course, it's the least that I could do after what I stupidly had done to you months before."

Shoto placed his slippers to the side of her bed and he cuddled with her as she leaned against the side of her that didn't have a brace. She shut her eyes as she enjoyed the feeling of being around someone who actually cared for her. "T-Thank you Shoto...even if I don't completely trust you right now...knowing that you'd at least do this much makes me happy."

"I know you aren't going to trust me much, I don't expect you to have any trust in me for a while."

"Doing this much does help bridge that gap though." She said with a small smile on her face

"I'm glad to hear that...by the way-you don't feel pains from what my brother did to you...do you?"

"No, not anymore. The only thing that I have is a shit ton of sexual tension which gets worse before and after my monthly comes and passes."

"Ahn, well...hopefully when we all get older you're still with Kaminari and he can help you out with that."

She nuzzled her head against his chest. "I don't think we will, I have low expectations for him and I to stay together after high school."

"Really how come?"

"Jiro...must I say more?"

"But you two are close friends. I don't think she'd ever do something like that knowing that you two are a couple."

"True but I don't know Kaminari that well, for all I know that bastard could do things behind my back and act like the dumb ass that he is to blind sight me."

"You truly have no trust in anyone do you?"

"No...not after seeing what had happened with my mother. Knowing that I wasn't wanted by my father or by my elder siblings. That they were going to outcast me like had...it upsets me so damn much. It's made me not trust anyone in my life. I don't see me being around anyone after things go on with Kaminari and I."

Shoto didn't know what to say to her after hearing what her mind set was like, he knew it'd be up to Denki to place things right with Serena. After a half hour Serena ended up falling asleep against Shoto's chest. It was five minutes after then that Denki came into her room with her pills.

"I had a feeling you'd comfort her, you know a lot about her huh?" Denki asked curiously

"Of course I do. We've lived together for years. I was able to calm her for the most part...but you're going to have to do something about the doubt that she has about you two being a couple." Shoto said as he was careful to get from under Serena as he spoke to the blond haired male

Denki raised an eyebrow at him. "What do you mean by that?"

"Serena has very little faith that you two will last after school because she seen the chemistry between Jiro and you. She believes that the two of you will be history by the end of our three years of high school and you'll end up with Jiro instead of being with her."

Denki frowned hearing what shoto said. "Oh...I don't understand how she'd think that but I'll talk with her about it when she gets up."
