It wasn't long before Serena was taken to a different room by the doctors and was given an examination. Other than having the braces on her arms, she was fine so she was released. When she was, she went to the waiting room to see Jiro and Denki in each others arms, she didn't part them from one another. Instead she chose to go back to the dorms on her own, on her way there she met up with Shoto who had stopped walking seeing her.

"Serena...You're awake..and walking."

"I am, mind if we talk Shoto?"

"Uh...yeah sure thing." He said with a nod of his head

The two of them went to a cafe together where they ordered what they wanted before it was silent between the two of them. Serena let out a sigh as she placed her hands together in front of her. "I need to be honest with you Shoto, while we were waiting for things to happen for that big battle I spoke with your father. I had my fears and they've been realized, I had made a promise to your father that if things didn't work out with who I had my heart and eyes on that I would-with no exceptions chose to align myself to be at your side."

Shoto's eyes widened hearing her speak. "So...are you saying what I think you are right now?"

She nodded her head. "Denki and Jiro had both come to see me together, I was with a doctor for not even fifteen minutes and I was released. When I went to the waiting room I saw that they were in each others arms, so I left without a word to either one of them. My phone broke throughout all of that nonsense so I don't have it anymore. I need to get a new phone at some point...so no one will be able to contact me that way for a while which I don't mind. But I want to know from you Shoto. Are you okay with what has come to pass?"

"Let me ask you this Serena, are you doing this because of an obligation or because you still have feelings for me?"

"A little bit of both. I feel obligated to do what my mother wished on her death bed, but as I grew up with you I have had the crush from hell on you. I felt my heart be crushed to pieces when you chose to be a dick towards me. Which is why I ask what I do to you. I don't want you to feel pressured to be with me if you feel nothing for me."

Shoto reached over and held her hand in his before he kissed the top of it softly. "I hated that you chose to be around Denki instead of trying to talk with me about everything. I know I was heartless but I just didn't know how to take and understand just what you went through, which was why things happened how they had. I felt jealous that you had chosen to talk and be around him instead of confront me about what had happened between us."

Serena was quiet as she heard him speak, feeling more than a bit flustered that he had kissed the top of her hand so tenderly as he had.

"Serena I want nothing more than to have you at my side once more, if you allow it."

"I...I just want to be loved and accepted Shoto...T-That's all." Serena said sadly as she teared up hearing him speak once more.

He got up and went to sit beside her as he wrapped his arms around her, she broke down crying against his chest as he calmed her down. "It'll be alright Serena, before we officialize things you need to confront him and break it off with him."

"I...I know I do I just don't know how to. I never thought that I'd ever have to do something like break up with someone for cheating on me."

"Let's eat then afterwards we'll go back to the dorms and figure out together how to tell him what you found out."

"O...okay...T-Thank you Shoto."

As Shoto went back to sitting across from her their food came and they ate together in silence for a bit before the two of them saw Jiro and Denki come into the cafe together holding hands, shoto took a picture of it before he looked at Serena. "Don't tweak, he's here with her."

Serena nodded her head. "Okay thanks Shoto."

"Of course." He said with a nod of his head "Will you be taking your medicine when you get home?"

"Nopes, I was given them before I left out. I've just been feeling really hungry as of late."

Shoto looked at her concerned "Do you think my brother could have done something to you all those months ago?"

"I've already had a miscarriage two weeks before that bull crap happened, I know it's not that. It's like my body knew that it was toxic waste inside of me."

Shoto let out a sigh of relief "Then what could it be?"

"My thought is that all the times I've stressed starved myself is coming to bite my butt."

Shoto smiled as he leaned against the table looking her straight in the eyes. "You have a beautiful butt Serena."

Serena almost choked on her parfait hearing him speak. "S-Say what now?!" She said coughing flustered

Shoto smiled at her amused that he had caught her off guard. "You heard me woman, don't make me repeat myself."

She averted her eyes flustered. "D-Damn you Shoto..."
