🎤. . . CHAPTER 004 !
( real life )
"she'll have songs about me in no time"

THE EARLY MORNING SUN was shining through the windows in the sturniolos kitchen. matt stood in the kitchen, looking at the clock that read 7:04 in the morning on it. he had to be at practice by 7:30.

the house was quiet, the sound of the shower running from the other room warned matt that one of his triplet brothers was awake. little did he know they were both awake. matt poured the protein powder into his cup humming along the the faint beat of the music coming from the bathroom.

it was easy to know who was in the shower by just the music playing. right now it was rap music playing, so he assumed it was chris in the shower.
his point was proven when nick walked through his door to his bedroom, groggily rubbing his eyes and dragging his feet to one of the stools, practically falling onto it.

"what's got you up this early?" matt asked, shaking his protein shake looking at the discombobulated boy infront of him. matt on the other hand, was freshly showered, wearing a fresh pair of clothes and a smile on his face.

"how the fuck am i supposed to sleep when chris is blasting shit music through the walls?" nick snaps back with an attitude. matt laughs in response, sipping on the protein shake before placing it in his bag.

"you want some coffee? i just brewed a fresh pot?" he asked, his smile still remaining on his face. nick nodded in response, resting his elbows on the table and holding his head in his hands, covering his eyes.

while matt was pouring nick his coffee he heard the music and shower stop from the bathroom, seconds later chris walked into the kitchen, looking down at his phone and taking the spot next to nick.
"would you like a cup too?" matt politely asked, knowing what he would actually want.

"fuck no, but i will take a pepsi." he said, clicking his phone off.

"why'd i even ask." matt laughed, turning to the fridge and grabbing a cold pepsi from it, sliding it across the counter to chris.

"i've got early practice because some bitch broke his wrist so we're down a player." chris complains.

"what's got you in such a jolly mood today? normally you wouldn't even speak to us this early in the morning." nick questioned, taking a sip from his coffee waiting for an answer.

"probably because ellison hart was up in his dms last night." chris snickered, opening his pepsi with a crisp sound.

"wait what? after years of begging her to hit you up she finally responds to your dms?" nick says in an exaggerated tone, sounding like he was fully awake now.

"i was not begging." matt defends himself, slinging his backpack around one of his shoulders.

"sure, mr "maybe i was shooting my shot" guy." nick mocks his previous words from his most recent and biggest interview of his.
