Now, we will move to the next part of this topic and that is lucid dreams. Lucid dreaming is the state of mind that knows that you are in a sleep cycle. There are so many things you can do and try in lucid dreams. Lucid dreams allow you to discover what you cannot. Trust me, you can do and see wonders, from real to unreal, anything your mind can think of. You can make yourself see a lost one, you can make magic real, you can live in a world of real superheroes and supervillains, and many more.

I have used lucid dreaming for many purposes. In fact, in my lucid dreaming, I have done everything I have mentioned above. Now the question is, how do we know we are lucid dreaming and how it feels when you enter a lucid dream? It sounds simple but trust me it is very hard. Convincing yourself that you are dreaming is a very difficult task. But if you do, you can feel everything about your surroundings and body. You can feel yourself thinking of what you are and what you want.

If we talk about lucid dreaming as per my dream theory, what happens is that this present reality's soul piece takes over your body of a different reality. Therefore, you can control your dreams and think easily. Ok, but it still doesn't explain the changing phenomenon of bringing a loved one back, or making magic real or any of that. Well, the soul is an extremely powerful being, it can do things beyond any human capabilities. It takes a lot of mental power to even try to take control over your soul for a few seconds. But the moment you do, you can see the world from a different perspective. Lucid dreaming is a topic that can't be explained and even if someone can, you won't be able to have that feel until you experience it yourself.

I can show you a few examples where lucid dreaming worked for me-

I had a lucid dream where I gave myself super abilities and powers and I can control the fire element. It felt awesome. I was able to jump and reach the roof of a building. The fire was all around me and it was moving as per command. I was having a nightmare when I became lucid (the state of knowing you are dreaming is called lucid). I quickly shifted the dream by saying, "ok, this is a dream and I want this nightmare to end." I was in a dream that was of no interest to me and I became lucid. I said, "No, no, no, change this dream." And the dream changed

You can do anything you can think of in lucid dreaming. The thing is it is nothing compared to the next topic of discussion which is astral projection
