"DO YOU HAVE EVERYTHING?" michelle asked aurora who nodded in response, too tired to use actual words. "your competition makeup? pointe shoes? costumes? charger? phone?" michelle began listing things off, "yes! i have it all, mum!" aurora replied. it was 8am, today was the day the evans family, (and danny) were all going to las vegas for the dance awards. danny and michelle had decided to just drive there because it was a 4 and a half hour drive and they thought it would be a great 'bonding' experience.
michelle and danny were busy packing everything into the trunk (/boot) of the car. cassie had ran to take the seat behind the drivers seat, leaving the middle seat free for aurora because their younger sister, mila's car seat was on the other seat.

"YOURE SO DRAMATIC" cassie laughed, "why?" aurora asked confused. "your post? you're such a drama queen" cassie teased and aurora just rolled her eyes in response. she put her airpods in and began listening to music to drown out the sound of her parents awful singing. they had been driving for only an hour, cassie and mila were both asleep on auroras shoulders. and aurora was bored out of her mind. "do you know all your dances, rory?" danny asked looking back at her through the mirror. "let's hope. nah i'm kidding, i do know them! i just pray i don't forget" aurora replied.
"right, everybody grab whatever snacks you want and a drink! use the bathroom and once your done, come back to the car!" michelle announced to everybody before they all got out of the car and went inside the gas station. "say hi to my live" cassie said shoving her phone in auroras face, "how are you already live?" aurora asked. "boredom" cassie shrugged and aurora walked away because cassie kept trying to annoy her.
