Melody P.o.v

It's been about 2 weeks since I last saw Jason. But I got to talk to him on the phone when he was not busy on mom or dad's phone. Regressors aren't allowed to have their own phones depending on how little they are.

But that does not matter, what matters is that today I get to go out with Jason. Today I was dressed in a pink and purple tie-dye onesie with jean shorts and white shoes.

I don't know where we are going because Jason would not tell me because he wanted it to be a surprise. I'm happy with anything we do. I always feel so happy and small talking to him.

Mommy is packing my diaper  bag with important things I might need. Dad is filling up my milk bottle for the car ride so I'm not too fussy. I am packing my bag with things I think are important like my elephant stuffie and favorite blankie.

Eventually, Jason came and picked me up. I said bye to my parents and ran off with Jason. He even bought me a cute pink car seat.

Dad was right to prepare a milk bottle halfway through the ride. I got fussy because I was bored and was ready to play. Since we still had a long ride ahead of us Jason grabbed my bottle from the diaper bag and handed it to me. By the time I was done with the bottle and the calmness from the ride, I was getting really sleepy. Eventually, I couldn't fight how sleepy I was and eventually, I was out like a light.

I'm driving looking in the rear-view mirror to make sure she's okay but when I do this time I see she's sleeping.

She looked so adorable, I really didn't want to wake her up. But we are almost at the place. I hope she has fun today. Something about her makes me not want to give up on looking for another regressor to care for.

Waking her up I picked her up out of the car seat while grabbing her bag.

"Come on, sweetie, wake up. We are here, don't you want to have some fun with me?" I try to coax her to wake up bouncing her on my hip.

Melody rubs her eyes with a slight pout on her face from being woken up. I chuckled at how cute she looked and sat her down on her feet so we could get in line to pay for our wristbands.

We got our wristband and immediately I was being dragged to everything she wanted to do. We did the corn maze first. That took us a good amount of time but I didn't mind it was fun seeing her get all frustrated when we hit a dead end. But she lit up so much when we made it to the other end. She truly is adorable.

Our next activity we went to were duck racers. We got a ticket with a number on it that corresponds with the duck that has the same number. The ducks are then sat down onto water and whichever ducks crosses first that person wins. Unfortunately my precious Melody did not win. So to cheer her up I took over to the petting zoo. Her favorite animal ever that made her the most excited was the bunny. They even let her feed the bunny.

When she was done with the bunny she decided we should go paint pumpkins. I got her a small pumpkin so she wouldn't hurt herself carrying it. Melody painted her whole pumpkin purple and then painted cat faces in black paint. I painted my pumpkin all black with white little ghost around it.

It was beginning to get late and she still needed to eat. It took some convincing but I finally got her to get in the car. I decided on taking her to the restaurant Solitude. She finished half of her food which I let slide because it was a big plate and she's only a little one after all.

Through the restaurant, I pay the bill and give a tip to the waiter and grab my little one's hand heading to the car. I buckled her into the carseat and began the ride back to her parents house.
