biden stood at the podium, looking across the crowd in front of him. he was listening to trump speak, looking over to the podium he stood at. he knew he had a reputation to hold but it was hard with such a perfect man in front of him. "mr. biden?" he overheard and turned his head and paused, continuing the debate.

biden sat in a chair at a desk, thinking about what a golf match would've with trump. he picked up his phone and went on the news, scrolling through twitter to see about what people thought of trump. he knew he would never get a chance with him, the public eye is always on them. he swiped for a bit and then went to text trump on his phone.

"hello trump... good debate today."

he laid his head on the desk, waiting for a text back. he heard his phone buzz and nervously lifted his phone.

"hey sleepy joe, you put up a good fight as well."

biden felt a small blush appear on his face when he read that message. he pondered what to say back but was interrupted by another text.

"why are you texting me so late? isn't it past your bedtime?"

he scoffed a bit at the message but smiled after a few seconds.

"i can't deny that you tired me out... i was wondering if you'd like to talk tomorrow? by ourselves out of the public eye."

biden typed out and hesitantly sent, waiting for trump to text back. he put his phone down and daydreamed back to their debate, letting his mind wander to the lovely orange hue that surrounded the younger man. he was woken up by a vibrate and picked his phone back up, seeing two new texts.

"ok...that sounds nice."
"hello? fall asleep on me sleepy joe?"

he blushed at the message and got a little embarrassed.

"no, not yet... is 9 pm alright?"

the response was almost immediate.

"sounds good."
