Chapter 2 ❀︎ Blond Bombshells———————————————-
———————————————-Hawaii, March 1961
Elvis still had the blond haired bombshell on his mind the next day he was on set. He was seated beside his costar and friend Joan Blackman. He hadn't saw the mysterious girl who had been creeping by his trailer.
It was his mission to find out who she was. And if she was working here. Elvis eyes kept scanning about the room every time a woman with blond hair walked by. He was very distracted that day.
He had his script rolled up in his hand. He knew his lines. He already recorded his songs. He would be lip syncing the songs as they recorded scenes so they could dance in them.
"Elvis, Hal asked if you wanted anything to drink" Joan brings him out of his own thoughts. He had done a few movies with Joan.
They dated a bit. She was sexy, fun to be around but the spark wasn't staying lit for them. At least for himself. They were still good friends. And they held a chemistry on set to.
"Water please" Elvis replied.
"Anything else? It's nearly lunchtime" offers Hal. "We will start taping here soon" he reminds Elvis.
Elvis nods. "I'm good....wait there is one thing. Do you know Trixie? A Trixie that maybe works here?" questions Elvis curiously.
Hal looks confused but then a bit surprised. "You mean the pretty little hair dresser I hired to work on set?" wonders Hal.
Elvis nods. So she did work on the set. She was a hair dresser. Interesting.
"So, what do you want with Trixie? You want her to be your personal hair stylist? I can make that happen. I will switch Angela for you" offers Hal.
