Ravens pov:
It's a nice chilly day as I walk to my bus stop as I hug my jacket closer to my body as I feel the cold breeze it is 6:30 in the morning and i'm waiting for the bus as I see the bus pull up. and stop right in front of me I get on the bus and make my way to the back of the bus where all my friends are sitting. "hey guys what's going on why do you guys look upset?" I ask as I sit next to klaus and after I asked that they don't say anything but when I look at Myla I can see that she is hurting so I ask.
"what's wrong Myla you look like you're in pain. Did something happen" she didn't even look me in my eyes as she pulled up her sleeve and I see a big gash that looked like it was created by a knife. I carefully took her arm in my hand and examined it to see that she stitched herself up you see Myla parents wants her to become a nurse so bad that when she told them she didn't want to become one they started abusing her, but the abuse been happening, even before she told her parents she didn't want to be become a nurse
"I'm going to kill them motherfuckers" I say to myla because I'm talking about her parents how could they do that to their own child? That is monstrous shit that any other parent wouldn't do to their child. "Myla one day when we graduate we will. Finally be free for our parents and when we are, we're gonna have one hell of a time best believe that." I tell her as I carefully wrapped her arm in some bandages and then carefully pulled back down her sleeve as I did that I can see that we are slowly approaching the school as the bus stopped all the kids got off the bus, but me and my friends were the last to get off as we got off we were approached by a group of 10 kids five girls five boys and those are our so-called bullies but we put them in their places every time they try to bully us
the leader of the group Keisha starts to talk to klaus "hey Klaus how are you? Why are you still hanging around these losers" Keisha says in her most flirty way as she twirl a piece of her hair in between her fingers I am slowly getting irritated because she knows that me and Klaus are slowly getting into a relationship like can her dusty built ass, leave him alone " Keisha what do you want and don't call them losers matter-of-fact you're more of a loser for trying to bully us" Klaus says as he walks off the rest of us following behind him leaving Keisha and her posse shook
TIME SKIP It is the last class of the day And we were only 20 minutes into class when everybody phones went off with alert alarms but then the principal of the school started talking over the announcement saying
" teachers turn on your TVs and turn on the news. There is important news to be shared with everyone and I was just alerted that we have to do this by school officials." as the principal turns off the intercom our teacher turns on the TV and turns on the news a reporter pop up saying. " Hello everyone this is a worldwide crisis there have been reports of people dying and coming back, eating other people turning them into the undead scientist have researched saying that this virus has been circling around for a little while, but the scientist said that it was not harmful. It will enter your body, but it will only make you sick. But it turns out the scientist didn't actually know what virus this was because this virus is ancient so if you are out of your house right now, please be careful"
The reporter says as the teacher cuts the TV off and for five minutes straight, we were panicking, but our teacher calm us down and continued our lesson as the bell rings . I felt a shiver run up my spine. I felt that something very bad was gonna happen very soon.
TIME SKIP AGAIN As the bus stops at my bus, stop me and my friends get off because my friends said they didn't want me to walk alone so we got off at my bus stop and started walking as we were walking and talking we come up to a street that is usually very busy but today it was busy for the very very wrong reason we see blood everywhere as there are things chasing people and biting them and killing them but what really shocked me to the core was that one person was laying on the ground dead with her throat ripped out then she started to get up and make these weird growling moaning sounds as a another woman ran by her. She grabbed the woman by the leg and bit her ripping out a chunk of her leg meat, the woman falls to the ground, screaming as tears ran down her face "HELP ME HELP ME"
she screamed as the woman that bit her crawled on top of her and bit into her neck me and my friends didn't stay long after that as we ran to my house, which was two blocks down as we ran, I felt something grab my ankle, and I tumbled to the ground and I looked back to see what grabbed my ankle. I see a man who looked to be around his late 20s trying to bite my ankle. I bring my other leg up and hit him with my foot several times until he let go I quickly got back up and started running again, and I see that my friends stopped when I felt the ground. I told my friends "keep running we'll talk about it when we get to my house" I say, as I continue to run and my friends, nodded their heads and continue to run
