THE SOUND OF HER HEELS CLICKING
echoed as she stepped off of the boat and onto the dock. She was the last female islander to arrive and the rest of the girls waited for her by the table. Madeline felt butterflies swarm her stomach. She felt like Barbie in that one fairy movie when she stepped out of the limo and elegantly placed her heel on the ground. Her hips swayed slightly, her hair framed her face perfectly and her dress hugged her body like a glove.
A grin made its way onto her face when her eyes landed on the group of girls, each with a champagne flute in hand. Not a second later squealing was heard as Madeline and Leah, a fellow islander and also her best friend from back home ran at eachother to meet in a tight hug.
After parting the two walked up to the rest of the girls hand in hand. She hugged each one and introduced herself as she did.
A gorgeous dark skinned woman in a lime green dress fawned over her dress and Madeline was quick to return the compliment seeing as the woman looked stunning along with a woman named JaNa who complimented her with what she swore was the sweetest smile she had ever seen.
Now done with introductions she sat hand in hand with Leah, a champagne flute in the other. All of the girls sat with them along with the host of the show, the iconic Ariana Madix.
Ariana was currently asking each of the girls whether they were love island for love or for a good time and for the most part everyone had been there for the same reasons.
" I came here to find my man!" Madelyn spoke confidently making all of the girls giggle. "Like Serena said, I'm tired of the games. I want a man I can spend the rest of my life with and I'm here hoping to find that." Nodding, the girls all mumble a chorus of agreements.
