'Let's go princess! There's nothing left for us here ! You have to live', a dark man said while forwarding his hand towards me . Everything was set on fire around me and my mom and dad were nowhere to be found. 'MOM! DAD!',I shouted but no response came .
Suddenly that man picked me up in bridal state from the place where I was lying and started to run . But some men wearing heavy armour and swords in their hands blocked our way . They looked like soldiers .And just then all of them jumped on us with their swords.'Ahhhhhhh!!!!'
.................................................................................
Present Time :'Ahhhhhhh!!!!' .
I woke up with a jerk , panting, sweating and shaking like hell! Th-That dream , it-it again......I saw it again. 'Argh!',I groaned pulling my hairs like a maniac . My head was tearing apart and these dreams.........I am so done with them ! Why ! Why! Why ! Why are these dreams coming again and again ? I am so fed !
I looked up at the clock and saw it was already 7.30 a.m. I got down and hurriedly went inside the washroom . I completed my morning routine and went into the kitchen where my mom was working. 'Mumma?',I called her .
'Hmm ko',she replied.
(Hmm say)'I-I had those types of dreams again'. As soon as I completed my sentence, she stopped working and turned towards me with a serious expression. 'What did you see?',she asked . I told her everything that I saw and also that he was calling me a princess .
My mother's face turned as white as a chalk and then she took out something from her pocket and held it towards me .I gasped looking at the finest piece of art infront of me .
'It-It is the other half of that antique pendant you gifted me on my last birthday ,isn't it ?' 'Hmm it is ! ',she said. Then she took my hands into her ones and kept the pendant on my palm . 'But mumma tumi to bolechile je eta amake amr 16th birthday te debe tahole ajke keno ?', I asked her out of curiosity.
(But mummy you said that you will give it to me on my 16th birthday then why today?)
'Don't ask so many questions',she said in an irritating voice.
I pouted at her words. I gazed at the beauty in my hands . It's first half is made of gold with air, water and some other element at the center and the second half means this part is made of crystal with the land and fire elements drawn on it . As I joined the two pieces I noticed that the center element was Ice . I hate cold things !
'The crystal one shows you your true self and helps you to never loose yourself . The gold one represents that no matter what happens , whatever dirt is thrown at you don't be afraid, always shine like gold and you will find your path as not everybody can afford it ', she said.
'And lastly the four elements will always obey you and show you the truth.'
She didn't tell me about the ice one. But what did she mean by saying that all the four elements will obey me? I asked her about the ice one and she said ' When the right time comes , you will understand everything. But remember that the elements remember everything, they are the witness of every bad and good events occurring around you.'
My mother can seriously complicate every thing. But I left that thought and began to get ready for my school .
I checked the time and it was already 10.20 a.m ! Freaking 10.20 a.m ! And here I had just came out after taking a bath .
I increased my speed and after applying the moisturizer, I wore my uniform . 10.30 to ghore e beje gelo! I finished my meal and ran towards my bus stop at 10.40 a.m ,where I should have been around 10.30 . Leave it now. As I reached my bus stop I saw the students were getting up . I hurriedly approached it and got up .
( while I am at home , it has already become 10.30 )
I went to my usual seat at the back . The lamba wala yaar! Prali and Saanvi were seated on the two sitter seat infront of my seat but I didn't talk to them, as I wasn't in the mood .
(The long one dude!)
'Oh Ms.Bokor Bokor , ki hoise tor ?' , Prali asked.
( Oh Ms.Talkative , what happened to you ?)
' Kichuna bhai ', I replied
(Nothing bro)
'Bujjhi ! It's again about that right ?', she asked .
(Understood)
'Piyu are tair ui Partition er story na hoile , tai kunudino chup thake. Ko!', Saanvi said with a teasing tone .
(Have you ever seen her quiet , unless and until it's about Piyu and her Partition story. Say!)
'Hmmm', Prali nodded .'Did you see that dream again?'
'Yeah!',I replied .
'Get Out!'
