Chapter 16: The Final Voyage

One stormy night, as the rain poured, Sanele's breaths grew shallow. Anthony cradled him, whispering words of love. The jacaranda petals danced in the wind, and the sea sang a lullaby.

"Remember," Sanele said, "our pact."

Anthony nodded. "We'll return to the sea, my love."

And so, as the waves roared, they walked into the water. The villagers watched, their eyes wide with wonder. Anthony and Sanele held each other, their hearts beating in sync.

The sea welcomed them—the eternal embrace. Their bodies dissolved into salt and foam, becoming part of the tides. Anthony's last thought was of Sanele, and Sanele's last thought was of Anthony.
