Here are the rules of this tournament of warriors.

You can have a team from 1-7 as long as you feel the team is enough.

If the gods whole team lose they must reveal there face from there cloaks or have there fighters reveal one of there darkest secrets.
To defeat your opponent you must knock him/her out and ring him/her out, ring out, or they retreat themselves out of the ring which will instantly teleport them to the stands no matter the way of ring out.
You cannot bring healing items, poison, or any kind of venom/item/weapon. That could kill or heal or intoxicat someone as healing or poison power must be from the person, as well as beings with high or instant healing factor's they will be restrained and limited almost completely. And once an opponent is near death and nothing can be done they will be eliminated immediately.
You can bring in weapons as long as none of them disobey rule 4. Along with items if your team as any plans that needs items then you can use them depending on the move. For example if its to seal someone you can do that, if it's apart of you for example the boosted gear or anything that your character is known for then that is also allowed. But if it's anything that could kill, permanently harm, or posion then it is not allowed.
Each team member must have there potential either unlocked, place swapped with a future self, or all there injuries and stamina restored as even if they didn't battle yet. Any fighter as a history of costly fights that could give them an injury making a handicap thus healing and stamina restoration is needed before the tournament starts.
No flying unless it's apart of an armor or ability. For example issei dragon or devil wings cannot fly due to the arena seal placed to stop flying. Same goes to those who know w flying technique like how they fly in dragon ball. But armors like the balance breaker or if you change your form to a completely different one for example ben turning to big chill. That will allow you too fly because they aren't your original forms and they are biological wings and armor wings.
The gods can watch but not interfere in the battle. Interfiing in any way means the fighter gets disqualified. Which could be bad as some creatures are close to there warriors and watching from the stands to do nothing will only cause the urge to break the rule to grow even more.
The winner is whatever team is left or whoever has the most remaining when the time of and hour and a half universal time is up. The reward is Chrono dragon balls. No limits, works in any world or timeline even before there creation.
Lastly, all memories of the fighters in each universe whose story is not completed will be easered thinking this was just a dream. While spirits,fighters whose stories are completed and the gods themselves will remember what happened clear as day.

Those where the rules however here is somethings to make clear. Some stories and worlds time flows different for example one world could be a week for them while the other is a year so the 96 universal hours is perfect time as its time as long as it's less then 178 universal hours the times are the same for each world.

Next if one fighter is injured, on deaths door, or sleeping when the gods summon them, it won't change they must appear and fight but the god has to take care of any issues.

Lastly if a team as secret plans or weapons as long as they don't break rule 4 they are fine however if a team does make it could cause them to be eliminated or swapped out and that is why anything involving bodies being swapped is banned as well as then most won't be able to tell who is who even gods would have trouble.
