Let Destiny Decide
Chapter 2
*ONE YEAR AGO*
"JOSHYYYY!" Paige screamed running up to her cousin she hasn't seen in years "PAIGEEE!" he yelled just as loud clutching onto her for dear life. "No love for Destiny?"
"DESTINY!!" Cailynn screamed running out of the bathroom, toilet paper on the bottom of her right foot might I add. "CAYMAN!" I yelled back. At this point I was being squeezed to death by Cailynn when out comes Maddy and Morgan "DESTINYYYYYYYYYYY!" They squealed "MADDOG!! BLONDIEE!!" I yelled back using our nicknames we gave each other in 8th grade.
You see, I'm 17 now and Paige is 7. Paige is my little sister. We're moving in with our cousin Josh Devine and his band One Direction because our parents were both killed in a car crash and we can't live on our own. We used to live in London with the rest of our family but when I was 13 and Paige was 3 our parents decided to move to the United States thinking it would be easier to find jobs in this economy but it wasn't any easier in "the land of opportunities". I haven't seen my cousin Josh and best friends, Cailynn, Maddy, Morgan and wait... where's Cassy?
"DESTINY GRACE DEVINE !!!!" I heard a familiar voice scream.
"CASSWAG!!!" I yelled back hugging my best friend. Cassy and I were meant to be sisters. We were just separated at birth I swear. We even look alike. We both have dark brown hair and brown eyes the only difference is I'm taller not by much though I still tease her to make her mad.
"Still short!" I said because I know it makes her mad.
"Still annoying!" She said
"nice comeback..."
"I try."
Josh cleared his throat wanting attention.
"Can I help you?" I teased
"Get over here Des!" He yelled engulfing me in a hug dramatically "I HAVEN'T SEEN YOU IN YEARS. I MISSED MY DARLING COUSINS" He yelled bringing Paige into this hug too.
"Josh I can't breathe" I muttered trying not to laugh
"Oh, right, you need air too." He said.
Paige dramatically took in a big breathe. "Drama queen" Josh muttered earning a hit in the no-no-spot from Paige. "OW MOTHER-" "TRUCKER" I screamed to cover up the swear word Josh was about to say "She does not need to be swearing at this age josh... You should know better." I said matter-of-factly "Oh she'll get used to it where you two will be staying."
"Do we get to meet them at some point too?" Maddy said trying not to squeal. Directioner.
"Sure but I think we should let Destiny and Paige get moved in first." Josh said with a smile.
The girls all started squealing and giggling. I'll admit it, I like One Direction and all but I'm not going to break down and cry like these four probably will.

The door flew open and 4 extremely attractive boys walked out. Damn.
"HI IM LOUIS" a boy with blue eyes and brown hair yelled hugging me
"Niall" A blonde boy with beautiful blue eyes and braces (A/N: pretend he still has his braces, okay?) said hugging me while Louis hugged Paige.
"I'm Zayn" A boy with dark almost black hair and brown eyes said before slinging an arm around me while Niall introduced himself to Paige "Harry" A boy with piercing green eyes and curly brown hair said sending a wink my way after pulling away from a hug.
"Where's Liam?" Josh asked
"Lads! Where are yo- oh hi, I'm L-Liam" A boy with light brown hair and soft brown eyes stuttered out holding out a hand. I went to shake his hand when next thing I knew I was on the ground, Liam on top of me " Looks like you two will get to know each other quickly!" Louis yelled running away while Liam got up and offered me a hand which I gladly took. He pulled me up and I went crashing into his chest "Sorry I wasn't expecting you to be that light!" Liam apologized frantically. I just laughed, "well that was eventful." I said between giggles. Liam just smiled sheepishly at me.
"Well lets get you two settled in!" Josh said awkwardly while him and the other boys grabbed mine and Paige's luggage and dragged it into the messy flat.
"Hey babe, who's this?" A girl with curly brown hair said gesturing to me.
"Hey Danielle. This is Destiny and Paige, Josh's cousins. She's staying with us for now."
The girl I now knew as Danielle took one more look at Paige and I and walked away huffing.
"Who's Danielle?" I quietly asked Niall who was now standing next to me while Liam chased after her.
"Liam's girlfriend."
