The new student-2

1 year later,

It was a monday morninng .I was sitting in the second row.Students were chatting but I didn't have anyone to chat with.My only friends in this school were Hazel and Rachel.They were a one year older than me so they were in a different class .Mr.Robinson suddenly came to the class and everyone stopped talking.

"Good morning children!"The teacher greeted."we have a new studet here today.I think some of you might already know that he was coming and I hope you will behave very well from now on."The teacher said and all the students started talking again.I couldn't believe that our teacher just told us to behave very well just because a new student had arrived.

"The nephew of the crown prince in France has come to this school.I can't believe that he ended up in our class "Parisia said loudly.I had not known this untill now and it made me feel horrible somehow.Parisia was the popular girl in the class so she knew everything.

"Shut up"Mr.Robinson said in an angry voice and the whole class wernt silent.

"I just told you to behave well and you all are yelling now.I am so disappointed.Our new student is in the principle's officenow and I am going to fetch him."Mr.Robinson said going towards the door.The students started to talk about the new student again,after Mr.Robinson left.

Five minutes later ,The teacher came back with the new student.He had brown colour hair and emerald eyes.His high cheek bones and sharp features made him look perfect.He wore his uniform neatly and He was looking down to avoid other students gazes.I knew that he had already stolen the most popular boy title

"Hi ! I am Aiden."The boy said and he looked very nervous."I hope you will treat me as one of you from now on"He added.He looked around the class.Aiden came and sat behind my seat.It was Michal's place and he was absent that day as he had fever.I knew Aiden will have to find another place,when Michal comes back.Everyone was secretly looking at Aiden even when the lesson was going on .I didn't look at him until the interval as I knew he might notice it,If I did.I looked at him when I turned around to get my lunch box out of my bag.I felt embarrassed as he saw me looking at him and I immediately looked away.

Even after two weeks since Aiden had come,he was stiil the hot topic everywhere.I wondered If Aiden trend will ever die.One morning,Mr.Robinson announced that our class wil have a debate next week.The first two rows of the class was the team A and the last two rows of the class was the Team B.

"Anastasia will be the leader of the group A and Elena will be the leader of the group B"The teacher said .

I knew that the teacher always made me the leader as I was the top student in my class since the first term but my team always lost in spite of everything

"Does anyone have any objections?"The teacher asked after some minutes.Usually,no one had any objections but I realized someone had raised a hand this time.It was Aiden and he was sitting few rows away from me.

"What is your objecton ,Aiden?"Mr.Robinson asked trying to hold back his surprise.

"why won't you let us vote and decide the leader?"Aiden asked

"It will be more fair"He added.

"you have a point.I think you all should vote in the interval"Mr.Robinson said.He seemed to like the new idea,I knew no one will never vote for me so I voted for Michal.I felt like he will make a good leader although I had never talked with him.

The next morning the teacher declared that Aiden had gotten the most votes from Team A and Parisia had gotten the most vote from group B."Your topic will be 'The modern technology affects the environment negatively'"Mr.Robinson declared.I knew this one was going to be hard.I felt glad as I was able to get rid of a huge responsibility and I also felt like Aiden slapped my face in front of the whole class.

I missed few meetings which were held to practice for the debate as I always hated debating and being the leader was the only reason that I had participated in the meetings before.

One evening ,when I was listening to a song in my room with Hazel ,someone knocked on the door.I opened the door and I was shocked to see who was standing outside my room.It was Aiden.
