3.The debate
I could not believe that Aiden bothered to come to find me.I thought he probably came to apologize to me or for something like that but I could not risk being seen with him so I stepped out of my room .
"Why are you here?"I asked.
"I need to talk with you"Aiden said and there was a sly smile on his face.
"Let's talk some where else"I said but Aiden stopped me.
"I only wanted to tell you that if the reason you didn't come to practise for the debate is that you couldn't become the leader,please at least come to our last practise"He said.
"no,that is not the reason that I diddn't come .I don't like debating"I said in a low voice.
"You are being sarcastic.The only reason I suggested that idea to the teacher is because I saw our team member's frustrated looks ,when he announced you as the teacher"Aiden said and he was being mean.I wanted to slap his face but every nerve in me said that it was a bad idea.
"If you came to tell me how much other people dislikes me, then you can leave"I said and I went in to my room but Aiden didn't go away.
"Our team can't go against10 members with 9 members.I apologize for everything "Aiden said loudly and I looked at him.He almost looked like a lost puppy.
"your team doesn't need me .You are correct.I was a bad leader.I was the reason behind our team's every lose"I angrily said and salmmed the door shut.
"who was it?"Hazel asked from me.She was wearing a white frock and she looked gorgeous.
"An annoying boy"I replied.
"oh ! come on!.It is rare when annoying boys bother our Ana"Hazel said in a thrilled way .I decided to just ignore her.
I didn't go to classes on the debate day and I said I was ill as an excuse.I heard that my team won.It was team A's first win in this year.My team members seemed to be very happy about it and I also felt a little happy for them.However if I had a place in my class before Aiden came,I had completely lost it.Aiden had found new friends in the school and his friend list included most popular boys in the school.
In the third term Aiden became the top student in the class and I was the second.I never cared about being the top student but I knew that being the top student in the last two tests made me from nobody to somebody and I became my old self again.Being no body made me feels miserable somehow.
