"THE battle between the two dancers will begin now. You guys ready? Fight!"

The DJ up above selected one song from Ru-da's arsenal, which, much to her luck, had been 'Sex With Me' by Rihanna.

Ru-da felt the routine she had for the song was perfect for a battle against Bada. After seeing what she was capable of, Ru-da knew she was going to have to adapt to her level.

Once the beat dropped, she followed it with ease, performing moves that were much more complex and fast-paced than her previous freestyle, but they were still very controlled, clean, and perfectly timed.

She had the right amount of energy to match the song, the strength to hit each beat hard when needed, and a combination of masculinity and femininity. There wasn't too much or too little, which made the choreography quite satisfying to the eyes.

Bada seemed fixated on Ru-da, watching her every move without letting her eyes stray away, and she found herself smiling a little bit whenever their eyes met.

Opponent or not, Bada could not deny the skill that lied with Ru-da. She also had a knack for getting a rise out of her audience, as the dancers that watched her earnestly admired the confidence and sass that radiated from her moves, and so did Bada.

As Bada observed Ru-da's display, she caught sight of her fingers moving in a beckoning gesture during one of her moves, like a little provocation.

So, she took the invitation and stepped closer to Ru-da with a slight tilt of her head, who grinned up at her and sent her a nod of greeting before swiftly stepping back to avoid accidentally hitting the taller dancer.

And to avoid putting herself through cardiac arrest.

It felt nice hearing some support from the dancers and judges, and even Daniel, who watched intently from a safe distance, giving his little reactions here and there.

With how tense the atmosphere was earlier, it was a good improvement.

"Five, four, three, two, one. Switch! BEBE's Bada."

Ru-da hunched over and let out a deep sigh before fixing her posture and walking backward, stepping to her side of the dance floor while the DJ switched the song to Kehlani's 'Water'.

Ru-da's grin never dropped, mostly to mask the thoughts that were entering her head as she watched Bada, the main one being, 'Damn, this is gonna be tough.'
