Camrin (Pronounced Cameron), sat outside on the roof of her home. She often found herself doing this when she was frustrated or confused, as of right now it was neither. 一For once, she was at peace with herself, no war conflicting in her heart, mind or soul. Just peace. 一Strange, Camrin thought this was, but never tried doubting herself. Her test with happiness could have been brought on by anything. Maybe it was that B+ she got on her World History paper, maybe it was the bug she killed in the shower, yesterday, 一it also could've been the peanut butter and jelly sandwich she made herself for breakfast this early morning. Shaking her head, she laughed at herself, maybe it was neither of those things, maybe she was just happy.
"Shut the fuck up faggot,"
Camrin's eyes darted down at her neighbor 一and the paper boy, Tyler. A mischievous boy who was always getting himself 一and others into trouble. Ulani, Camrin's older sister has always tried to warn Camrin about him and his ways, but Camrin didn't care, she liked Tyler, she always thought he was cute .. in a weird way. His ears always stuck out, he had big lips and a fairly big nose. She was attracted to him, like most girls were. A smiled pulled to Camrin's lips as Tyler glanced up at her. Tyler started to smile back, but it instantly turned into a devilish smirk. Raising a brow at him, Carmin looked back at Ulani who was peeking out of the attic window,
"Get in the fucking house Camrin, it's gonna rain."
Ulani hissed,
Camrin stood and walked towards the attic window, not before turning back to Tyler waving him off, he continued to smirk at Ulani, waving at Camrin, before hopping on his bike, Slater, taking off for the woods.
