"Girl ion know if I wanna order anything to be honest" I said to Jahalia unsure what I wanna eat.

" Suh wah yuh plan fi eat?" She asked while putting on a wig cap.

" Ion know I mean groceries are here but I'm not in the mood to cook'' I answered

"Lazy yuh lazy" She said

"Imma see what I can find" I answered while getting up from my bed.

As I roamed the kitchen I found a bag of nuggets and fries.

"I found some nuggets and fries imma fry em" I said

"But yuh naav nun fi eat?" She said sarcastically

"Girl bye" I responded

I put them to thaw and headed back to my room.

"I'm so frickin tired and I haven't finished the girl birthday dress as yet." I said

"Same bro mi ave two face fi do today and on top of allat mi ave school" She answered

"Thank god ammi last year this" She added

"Lucky. Anyways how you and Mel?" I asked

"I'm still shaken up by the fact that he is back but so far so good" She said with a smile.

"Cya bada wid you and yuh hubby enuh" I said while chuckling.

"Him wah mi come a one party wid him Saturday." She said

"Ooh invite only?" I asked excitingly

"Nope. But even if it was yuh still woulda be able fi come cah my man always gets his way". She answered

"As a don" I said while chuckling

"Period. Wonder if Liyah wah come." She asked

"More than likely not because from her man come down she deh pan lock down" I answered

" Frl enuh mi nuh like him Vybz tho. But him know cyah fuck up caaz a two shot him woulda get dung him tonsil" She said in a very serious tone

"As a bad gyal" I said

"But mia guh ask r still" She answered

"Arite den"

"Moy mi soon call yuh back because di people dem man nuh stop call dung mi phone" She said.

"Ok hun"

I got up out of the bed and headed to the living room where I turned on the TV and started to play music then went into the kitchen took up a frying pan lit the stove and waited for pot to hot before putting in the oil.

I placed the nugget in the pan and allowed to to fry.

I sang while taking the fries from the sink.

As I was singing I heard a slight chuckle I was confused because the last time I checked I lived alone.

I turned quickly to see Jordaine standing with his arms folded.

"Weh yah cook?" He asked

yuh blind??

I didn't answer because I wasn't talking to him at the moment.
