Cordelia: Hi, my name is Cordelia, but you call me Cori if you want. So about the story....can I tell it, Minnie?

Minerva: Yes you can. But please stop calling me 'Minnie'.

Cordelia: I don't think I will. Anyways growing up was the best. Although we didn't have a father, mom was always there for us. She was just the best. She always played with us, helped me with my homework, and cared about me. Minnie was always distant, though. I always thought she didn't want to be a part of our family. We also visited our aunt Martha often, but with time the visits weren't that often anymore.
When we were 20, Minnie went to a police academy and later on became a police offier and then a Detective at Scotland Yard. I myself became a kindergarten teacher and I love it really. Those little children are super fun to work with. With the age of 25, Minnie quit her job at the police, but she didn't tell me why. Well now I'm 32 an exited what will happen. Anyway, I need to go now. See you!

Minerva: Is she gone? Good. I'm not saying that I don't like her, but she doesn't know my side of the story. Let me tell you.
Growing up, Cori was always favoured by our mother and her friends. I felt like I was always in her shadow, no matter what I tried. When I was ten, I gave up trying. I also found out what my name ment and asked my mother about it. She said I shouldn't worry. I aced all my subjects in school and didn't have problems. I was also very close with out aunt.
When started at the police academy, I was eager to learn about everything. Even though it wasn't easy at first, I got ahold of it and became a police officer, later on even a Detective, at Scotland Yard.
That's when I met Detective Inspector Greg Lestrade. He was a amiable guy and I was often assinged cases with him. Over time I noticed, that my feelings towards him grew stronger and more affectionate. I started to pretend that everything was fine, even towards my family. I had always told myself to never tell anyone, especially because Greg was married at that time.
But three years of pretending will catch up to you eventually. That's why I quit, when I was 25. Of course, he questioned why I did it and I made up an excuse for that.
And I left and never saw him again. That was seven years ago. Now I have to deal with my mother, because Cori forgot to mention, that she was brought to a mental hospital. And I realised that I was her call for help. Because Minerva means 'the mind' and Ophelia means 'help'. I will try to be there for her as much as possible.
