Life was perfect. WAIT! Who am I kidding? Life is never perfect unless you belong to a fairytale. I would be lying if I'd say that and plus you'd be a fool to even believe it. But that phrase is enough to sometimes hide stuff you don't want people to know, and if you're lucky then the people around you will let the thing be and move onto other topics or if you're unlucky, then be prepared for the million dollar question; "What's wrong?".

All a girl ever wants is to have a father that dotes on her, a mother to love her, an elder brother to bully her yet protect her from all the heartbreakers, a best friend to hang out with, a boyfriend to make her feel like she's the only girl in the world and of course let us not forget the enemy, to make life a little bit interesting for her.

I had everything in that list except a boyfriend. Its not like I didn't want a boyfriend, it was just that my brother or should I say brothers (yes, I have 4 of them for a matter of fact and that too all elder the me) made sure I was off limit through out the school. In all the schools that I've been admitted to, my brothers never failed to make sure I only mixed with girls. Yes schools, I typed that right. It's not possible to count the number of schools that I've been to with both hands and feet.

Have you ever heard of Ivashkova & Partners? Well it's a law firm that was set up by our great great great great grandfather. So yes my parents are lawyers and that too internationally famous ones. So our family moved around quite a lot, which was until the firstborn, my eldest brother, Kish (Kishern Ivashkova) turned 21. Our parents decided that it was time they stopped bringing us round and let us settle in one place. They believed that it was unfair to us because we couldn't really make any friends when we knew that the place we were staying in was only going to be a temporary one. So we bought a house in the States and settled down. Our parents took a few years off to jus get us settled into the place and watch us kids grow. At that time I was about 11 and of course daddy's girl.

During the time that we were moving round form place to place, I still remember when I met my best friend, the one person I still wait up for on the computer just so that I can webcam with him. I mean we do send emails and texts but its different when we meet. Its like my whole world is complete and I can rely on him no matter what. He jus makes me feel me. Wired, I know.

*flashback*

It was summer and we were in England. My father got a call to defend a family case of child abuse and since the case was so server my mother was needed to accompany him for the case. Mother didn't want to leave us at the care of the maids knowing the level of mischief that my brothers and I were capable of; she knew that the maids wouldn't even last an hour with us. No one knew how long the case was going to go on for so mother thought it was better and most probably the safest thing to do, that she brought us along.

My father took care for our accommodation and just as I thought that this was going to be something like a vacation for me and my brothers because both parents would be working and we would be left to do just what we wanted, but mother just had to come and pop our bubble.

"Don't be too happy children; you're still going to go to school. So come on, get into the car, I've got to go and settle something at your brand NEW school. At the same time, maybe you all could make some new friends."

"Awwwww Mom!! Give us a break. This is like the hundredth school we're going to. I don't want to go through first day of school all over again." Whined Nesh (Neshwin Ivashkova), my second eldest brother. He wasn't the school lover although he loves playing football. So it's safe to say that he's more of a sports guy then academic type of guy, in layman's term, a jock!

"Don't come and give me that tone young man!" my mother retorted

"But Mother, Nesh is kinda right though. We've been through too many schools to go through first day all over again. I mean if you're gonna put us through first day all over again, then its gonna be hard to keep track of keeping guys away from Keysha and you know how much she's going to rebel against it!" My fourth eldest brother Pavan (Pavan Ivashkova) spoke up. I mean I was still there and he was speaking about me as though I wasn't there. It was annoying and so I decided that I should make my self heard by doing the only thing I know would attract attention and also get what I wanted. All I needed was one word.

Daddy.

The power to getting what I wanted and also it wasn't something I used all the time, only at times when I knew that, the battle in which my brothers and I were fighting in, I was on the loosing end. I mustered up every ounce of energy I had in my body, and of course knowing how big the house we were staying in was and having no idea where my father's office was and also taking into consideration that he had delegates from the court and the Children Welfare Society (CWS), I opened my mouth and let my voice box do the work for me.

"DAAAAAAAAAAADDDDDDDDYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!"

That was all I need for my father to be with me within seconds, and when I say seconds, I mean literally.

"Uh ooooooooo" Pavan said

"Really Keysha! Couldn't you be more matured?" Kish shouted in frustration, hands on his hips.

"What is it Bella honey? Why are you shouting?" my father said as he ran down the stairs with the delegates and the CWS running behind him as well.

When he reached to where we were standing, he was panting and I realized that his office might have been on the higher level of the house (the house was huge, it's freaking 4 stories high). He was still panting and no one said a word. Still he kept quiet hoping someone would fill him up onto what was happening and why I shouted for him very loudly in which disrupted his meeting with the delegates and the CWS.

After ten minutes of him staring at everyone and getting his breathing into place, he became the one thing that everyone was afraid of. Angry, mad, full of rage or whatever describes anger! What the hell, even I was afraid of him when he was in angry mode! Oh man, now I don't think it's even possible to get what I want. Wait! What did I want in the first place though?!

"Will someone tell me what's going on here?!!" Father shouted!

Everyone flinched back. Even the delegates and the CWS. I don't blame them; father was a scary man when he was in anger mode! Eyes all red bulging out of his sockets, body trembling with outrage and that's most I could get out for his description.

"Mr. Ivashkova, I don't think it's appropriate for you to be defending this child when you can't even handle a bunch of spoilt brats in your own home." Came a voice from a woman most probably aged 24. She just did the wrong thing by speaking to father in the wrong tone. Father doesn't like anyone mixing his family with his profession.

But to our surprise, father didn't say anything and I saw Pavan nudging Taran (Taranesh Ivashkova), my favorite brother of all 4 and also the third eldest in the family, and whisper,

"Bhai (brother), the calm before the storm."

Father turned to glare at them but then someone else spoke up.

"Yes Mr. Ivashkova, I agree with Sue, we thought you were the most appropriate candidate to fight this case for us moreover with your reputation in family suites. But looking at the situation that you can't handle in your own home shows us that we might need to re think our decision. You can wait for a phone call from any of us tonight to see if you're still suitable for fighting this case for us." Backed up a guy in a well pressed suit, of who I assume is part of the delegates.

"Have a good day Mr. Ivashkova" said Sue tilting her head towards us and started walking towards the doors with the rest of her people.

When we heard the door click close, we all prepared for what was to be the storm. But all he said was,

"In my office."

Ohhh boy, this was not going to be a good one. Every time a family meeting was done in the office meant that the consequence was bad. I mean really really really bad!
