What world am I living in?

Calista's POV

Currently it's 4:37 it is a pretty long car ride and I was really exhausted as I couldn't fall asleep on the plane the seats were really uncomfortable

Marcus was driving,Martinus in the passenger seat and me on the back seats
At least I had a lot of space

Then Marcus spoke up

Marcus-"Soo Cali tell us about this agency you are going on a casting to"he looked at me through the car mirror
Cal-"Well it's a very good modelling agency it's called 'pen dame' I've heard lots of supermodels have started their career from this agency"I replied with an excited tone in my voice
(I don't know if there's such a thing but let's pretend there is for the story's sake)

Then Martinus spoke up
Martinus-"So a model uh?"he asked with an annoying smirk wtf
Cal-"Yeah ig"

Well Martinus looked good I can't deny it
his hair wasn't as fluffy as Marcus' instead he had a middle part, dirty blonde hair , a little bit taller than Marcus also good sense of style
definitely my type.

No Cal stop it.
I can't like him
I mean I might think he's good looking but that's it nothing more
He's really annoying anyway

Then Marcus spoke up and disturbed my thoughts

He took a deep breath
Marcus-"Well Cali you know the things I told you I wanted to talk to you about before?"he was looking nervous
He also made me nervous
Cali-"Yeah go on"
Marcus-"I don't know how you will take it but I will try and tell it as simple as I can okay?"
I just nodded
Marcus-"Me and Martinus are singers kinda famous to be honest and we are going to represent Sweden in Eurovision 2024"
he did it again
he told me all this sentence in one breath,I guess that's what he does when he's nervous

I couldn't help it I bursted out laughing

Marcus and Martinus were both really confused which made it even funnier

Cal-"Marcus you know I've noticed when you're nervous you tell everything with one breath it's really funny , you should have seen yourself"I told him still kind of laughing

Marcus and Martinus shared a look and both bursted out laughing as well
Well now we were all laughing , that's the first time I see Martinus change his face expression

5 minutes had passed and when we all calmed down I finally spoke up

Cal-"Well I wasn't expecting that,I mean what world am I living in and didn't  know THE Marcus&Martinus?"I said

Me and Marcus laughed

Marcus-"Well I must agree"he said
Marcus-"not to brag about it but many girls are shimping over me you know"he said in unserious and funny tone
Cal-"I can't see why not you're a good looking man"I also said copying his tone

Martinus clenched his jaw

To be honest when he told me I was really shocked and immediately googled them out of curiosity
oh wow. I thought to myself
I mean he wasn't lying they really were famous
What world was I living in again?

then I spoke up again

Cal-"You really should had told me though"I said to him and he nodded

Well the rest of the car ride was pretty chill
Me and Marcus updated each other about what we had missed about each other's lives
And apparently they were leaving for Eurovision in 2 weeks
that was a short amount of time
I was hopping to spend more time with him and his family I had really missed them too
They were like a second family to me

Then Marcus spoke up

Marcus-"Your are coming with us right? Aren't you?"he asked me

Was he reading my mind or sth?

I immediately replied

Cali-"I thought you'd never ask"I replied and let out a giggle

Me and Marcus continued talking for a couple of hours until we reached our final destination
The Gunnarsen's house
I was super excited

I got my luggage from the car but yk I needed some assistance as I had brought a lot of stuff with me that were really heavy
So Marcus insisted on helping me
thank god he did.

We were currently outside of the door and we knocked
I heard running footsteps coming from inside
Gerd Anne opened the door with a wide smile and immediately pushed me in for a hug tighter than ever
I don't think anyone has ever hugged me tighter

Then she spoke up

Gerd Anne-"Oh my god Calista sweetie we missed you so much! And look at you how much you've grown you're such a beautiful young woman!"she said to me

I was so happy to see her she was like a second mother to me

Cali-"Thank you! I missed you all so much too you're like a second family to me"

Gerd Anne-"Oh Calista stop flattering us"she said in a joking tone
We all laughed

I noticed a beautiful girl standing beside her , that must be Emma , Marcus' and Martinus'  little sister I thought to myself
So I went in for a hug

Cali-"You must be Emma right?  I've heard a lot about you"
Emma-"Well I hope good" she said giving her brother a side eye and giggling

this was so funny.

Emma-"It's very nice finally meeting you! You're even prettier than Marcus had told me"

I gave Marcus a playful look and thanked Emma

Then it was Kjell-Erik's turn for a hug he basically welcomed me and told me the same things as the others

Gerd Anne spoke up again

Gerd Anne-"Calista sweetie we have made your room it's the first room at your right when you go up the stairs"
Gerd Anne-"I guess also one of the boys can show you around the house,  right boys?"

Marcus was nowhere to be seen
Where is he when I always need him?
So that meant one thing
Martinus had to show me around the house

ugh
And unfortunately for me it was a big house.
This was gonna be awkward
