Me and Marcus have got ready for bed but I can't sleep, I'm not tired.

I have been looking at the ceiling for at least half an hour now and the only thing I can think of, is her

I have to talk to talk to her, we have to talk, about us.

We have to stop pretending that there's not this tension between us

We're not enemies, we're not friends, we're not lovers...what are we?

So I took the opportunity to text her

I left her on read as I started getting ready

Well getting ready, you know I brushed my teeth again just in case and probably sprayed all the bottle of my perfume on me

When I was done I tried to get out of the room as silently as I could trying to not wake up Marcus

I'm really glad he's a heavy sleeper at times like this.

I took a big breath and knocked on her door

Calista's POV

I'm literally so nervous I have been doing circles around my room.

After what felt like an eternity I heard a knock on my door

Cmon Cali you can do this.

I took a big breath and opened the door to face an extra hot Martinus leaning on the door frame

What do I tell?

"Hey" I said as calmly as I could and signalled him to walk in after I checked if anyone was passing by

And as expected there was no one that late

"What's up?" I asked him as I turned around to face him, he took a seat on my bed

"Uhm" he said looking on the floor, this is the first time I'm seeing him that nervous

"We need to talk" he finally said

I shrugged and said "Then talk" as I took a seat beside him

There was a minute of silence until he spoke up

"What's going on between us?" he asked me looking straight into my eyes
