Bruno Fernandes' Point of View

TW: Swearwords

"Bruno!" a familiar voice yelled at me. I turned and saw Erik ten Hag, gesturing for me to come over to him. I sighed and ran towards him. I stopped in front of him, raising a brow, questioning what the issue was. "I don't know where Lisandro and Antony are, can you go and find them? Tell them that they have to come back out and train." the dutchman said. I nodded and walked past him, over towards the dressing room. I sighed, rubbing my eyes a bit. I could hear noises from a room, so I assumed that that was where they were. I walked in and saw Antony clearing his throat and Lisandro just standing there a bit away from him. He was blushing a bit, but who knows what happened just before I walked in, not that it's any of my business. "Boss told me to tell you guys to get back to training." I explained, gesturing towards the door, hoping that they'd listen and just leave. "Okay." Antony said, and started walking out. "Wait for me babe!" Lisandro said with a kind of irritated tone, yet also a little laugh. I tried to ignore it. I felt kinda like this was a joke directed straight at me, since I came out as gay a year ago. But at the same time, Lisandro did too. I'm still not sure if it was a joke or not, but again, it's none of my business. "Babe?" Antony asked with a stupid laugh, which instantly turned into a serious expression. "Look, I know you're gay, but I'm not your fucking boyfriend, so don't act like it." he said sounding legit like he was serious. I noticed Lisandro's eye twitch slightly, and fist clenching in the process as well. "Excuse me?" the other said feeling annoyed. Antony rolled his eyes and grinned. I feel like they're just making fun of me, but I know they wouldn't. I just want them to leave, 'cause I don't know how much longer I can take it. I need some time alone. "I'm straight Licha, you know that." the Brazilian said, staring Martínez dead in the eye. "Antony--" he started saying when I interrupted, knowing that I needed them to leave, for two different reasons. "Can you guys leave? I'm gonna be in trouble if you don't." I said, making that excuse, even though I know I will be that either way, but the real reason is because of my mental state. "Yeah yeah, chill out Bruno." Antony said, walking out. Lisandro sighed and turned to me, wanting to say something. "Just go." I said. He nodded and left, finally. After I was sure that they were gone, I sat down on the floor, leaning up against a wall, letting the tears fall. The Euro's have been absolutely horrible, fucking horrible. I feel so violated after it, I really do. 'Cause someone in the team had decided to start a rumor about me- having somehow found out that I was gay- or just guessed. And everyone believed it, so they had been calling me a bunch of slurs, and been very inappropriate towards me, and I did not feel very safe. I just don't understand why there are so many homophobes there, and why me?? Why...
