Jinja Tomoyo is the only living child of Jinja Mamoru and Jinja Yōko. Due to the dungeons breaks Tomoyo lost his parents and with no living relatives is forced to a orphanage and now that he turned eighteen he as the chose of leaving the orphanage to be an ordinary works men or joins the slayer training corporation where he will soon become a slayer.

Tomoyo also swears revenge on the monster that killed his parents accompanied with his best friend kazumi. Tomoyo doesn't have a persona making him one of the very few people without magical energy and thus he gets bullied by other persona users. He has had depression since his parents death and has had a ruff time cause if it.

Due to not having any mana or persona people criticize and ridicule him and call him names like rat king, waste of air, dead weight, meat bag, however when he is angry he beats the living hell out them, he is a completely different person once angry they hence call him when is angry the beast slayer since it's only the buff and muscular people that make him angry.

Miyamoto Kazumi

Kazumi is Jinja Tomoyo's best friend and also his only friend. Kazumi lost his parents a year ago during the start of the dungeon openings and is planning on joining the slayer guild to try and help other people to prevent what happened to his and Tomoyo's parents. Kazumi met Tomoyo the day after Tomoyo's parents death and have been friends since then. Between kazumi and Tomoyo he is the only one of them with a persona which means that kazumi protects him from people who bullied him cause he has no persona, but is usually stopped because Tomoyo would beat them up with no mercy

Chiyoki Akane
Age: twenty

Akane a experiment created for war and violence. He is tortured and treated as a slave which is what the call him, if he does not complete the mission he was assigned. They let him go days without eating and beat him up constantly. He also never uses his persona thinking that its a tool of war and constantly breaks out his cell to experience the joy of freedom but is always stopped.

Hiroshima Sora
Age: twenty two
Sex: male
Persona: shadow
Height: 7.8ft
Weight: 89kg
Medical condition: heart cancer

Sora is the vice captain of the Drakon's Brood and user of the shadow persona family. A family of the deadist and respected assassins alive. After all the work and stress he developed heart cancer and has been hiding it from everyone even his family. His parents were also killed but it was caused by a corrupt persona user and is seeking revenge on all of them.

It's forbidden to leave the walls of the region due to monsters also being outside the walls. Making it a death sentence and getting caught trying to leave is also a death sentence because you will be slaughtered on the spot with no mercy even if your a slayer. The Sukuna region is also ruled by a king whom no one knows much about.
