The next day I woke up at 6:30 am and got dressed. I usually wake up at 10:00 so this was very early for me. Omg I have cake! Cake for breakfast :)!

By the time phoenix came to pick me up, it was 8:00, so I woke up over an hour early. I had to wear shackles, but at least I got to go at all.

“Okay kids settle down; we have a new student today! Everyone meet…” The teacher looked at the name and looked at me and then decided that I should do it myself.
“Hi, I’m Vinnee with two e’s.”
It was a weird introduction, but to be fair, I had never done one before. There were a couple of kids giving me funny looks. But then again, after that introduction and the fact that I was wearing shackles, I wouldn’t blame them at all.

“Ok Vinnee, go sit next to Janiya, Janiya, raise your hand.”
A blonde girl raised her hand, so I sat in the free desk that was next to her. I was way too socially awkward for this…

“Psst hey new kid! what’re your hobby’s?”
The voice came from next to me on the right this time, though. I looked beside me and saw a red-headed girl with a birth mark over her face that made her look like the green stone from Moana.
“My what?” I responded.
“hobby’s y’ know thing you like to do.” The girl whispered.

I had to think because I didn’t know. All I could do aside from read, eat and sleep, was listen to music, watch TV, spin around, and draw. I didn’t know which one of those counted as hobbies.
“Does drawing count?” I whispered back.
“Wait do you not know what hobbies are?”
The girl seemed shocked. As I shook my head, the teacher spoke up.

“You two! Would you like to share with the class?”
I didn’t know what she meant if we were whispering, then obviously, we didn’t. having no filter whatsoever I said that…

“Whoa that was savage!” The girl next to me said.
I immediately covered my mouth with my hands.
“Oh, and by the way, my name’s Pacy”
She held out her hand to shake, so I slowly took my hands down from my mouth and shook her hand.
“Vinnee.”
Pacy grinned, and a slight smile also showed on my face.
