Chloe Stark (BOOK ONE)

3rd person pov

     It was a cloudy and foggy day in New York, if you were to drive you could barely see the streets without headlights on. When you walked outside the musky air would fill your nostrils. But this wasn't uncommon for New York for anyone else, but this day was different for the Stark couple. Pepper Stark, wife of Tony Stark (Better known as Iron man), went into labor at around 2 AM that morning and everyone in the Avengers tower had chipped in to help with the labor of the twins that were about to join the family.

     After hours of being in labor the first of the two was born, they named him Pietro Edward Stark, he was born at 9:23 AM on May 6, 2004. Then, at 9:27 AM the second twin was born, they named her Chloe Grace Stark. When they were born Tony, Steve Rodgers, Natasha Romanoff, Clint Barton, and Bruce Banner were there. Bruce was the one to actually deliver the babies while everyone else was there for Pepper as the Aunts and Uncles of the twins (Bruce was also one he was just the only one qualified to deliver the babies that wasn't Tony). Of course Thor was also an uncle but he couldn't make it from Asgard unfortunately.

     Once Bruce finished checking the twins for any problems or injuries that might have occurred during the labor he wrapped them in light blankets colored based off of there genders. Then, he gave Chloe to Tony and he gently placed Pietro in Peppers arms. They cooed and gently rocked the sleeping babies, once they felt they were ready to let the others hold them they asked who wanted to hold them.

     Pietro was given to Steve and Chloe was given to Natasha and then Clint and Bruce got to hold them before they got back to Tony and Pepper who put them gently in there little baby beds so they could sleep peacefully. They all hung out in the delivery room for the rest of the day, watching some TV and eating food until about 7 PM because Pepper was pretty worn out from the big day, so everyone left the room and Tony laid next to her in the bed and they fell asleep with the babies next to them for a few hours. At around 10 PM both of the twins began crying because they were hungry.

     Pepper went to a class to learn how to breast feed so she knew what she was doing. She woke up Tony to rock Pietro for a bit to calm him down while she fed Chloe. Pepper struggled for a few minutes eventually getting a bit more comfortable but it still felt a bit weird. When Chloe was finished she burped her then laid her back down in her little bed. Tony handed her Pietro and she did the same thing as she did with Chloe. When both of them were asleep the new parents both went to bed as well and luckily didn't have to wake up again until around 6 AM.

     Tony changed the twins diapers, but they were still crying and Pepper was trying to figure out what was wrong. She thought while Tony rocked them for a bit before Pepper decided to feed them again. She fed and burped Pietro then laid him down, but when she finished feeding Chloe she went to burp her but she threw up on her. Pepper gagged but laid Chloe down before having Tony get her a towel to clean up her shoulder and hair.

     They got about 3 more hours of sleep before Tony had to change the kids diapers and get Pepper some food and water. He made her some pancakes and got her a glass of water. He talked to Bruce for a few minutes before bringing the food to Pepper and eating some of his own while they talked about how cute the babies are and how happy they are even though it is rather exhausting even though it's just been one night.
