You let out a sigh as you scrolled through Instagram, feeling a little bored of your feed.

That was in no way an insult to your members because they're the only ones you follow, along with the official aespa account.

But your members don't post all the time and sometimes, you wish you could follow other people too, such as other idols you admire.

Deciding that you wanted to look through your explore feed for a while, you would click on random posts that caught your eye.

That mostly consisted of fan posts and a couple of celebrities.

That was, until, you spotted a familiar face in your explore feed.

It was Sana of TWICE.

You can't deny that you have had a crush on her for a while and you've had the opportunity to meet her before, which was a huge and very special moment for you.

Deep down, you knew you should probably close out of the post and maybe even Instagram altogether.

But you couldn't help yourself.

Tapping on her account, you began to scroll through her posts, and as much as you wanted to like some of them, you knew it would lead to drama and trouble.

So you resisted the urge and just kept scrolling for a moment.

But then, you did something you shouldn't have.

It was a total accident... but when you went to tap the back button to close out of her account before you got too carried away, your finger slipped and you accidentally hit the follow button instead.

You sat up and let out a panicked gasp before saying, "Oh no!"

Karina just so happened to be passing by and when she heard your voice, she peeked inside your room.

"Are you okay, Y/N?"

"No!" You anxiously shouted. "I'm in so much trouble!"

"What's wrong?" She asked before rushing over to you.

"I accidentally followed Sana!"

Karina looked at your phone screen.

"Well, hurry! Unfollow her!"

You had been in such a panic that you hadn't done that yet.

But it wouldn't have made a difference if you had unfollowed her a second after it happened or the one minute or so it took you to do so.

You would've been caught either way.

People watch your account, as well as Sana's, like hawks.

They would've seen it right away anyway.

"Calm down. Maybe no one noticed." Karina said as she tried to comfort you and rationalize the situation.

But it was too late.

You saw comments on your most recent post already talking about Sana.

"Y/N followed Sana!"

"Wait now she's following only her members and Sana? That has to mean something!"

"Guys, do you think the reason Y/N followed Sana is because they're dating?"

"Will Sana follow her back?"

"Y/N, you can unfollow her but we already saw you follow Sana. We caught you!"

The comments only made your panic worsen.

What if Sana got in trouble for some reason?

You know you're going to get lectured by SM about this.

What if it gets out of control?

Your mind began to wander endlessly.

Winter, Giselle, and NingNing came into the room as they, too, had been scrolling through social media and either saw it on Twitter or saw the comments people were leaving on their accounts too.

"I'm freaking out. What did I do?" You panicked.

"Y/N, this happens sometimes," Giselle said.

"Yeah but everyone knows I have a crush on Sana! I followed her. They're going to speculate endlessly. I'm going to be in so much trouble."

"We've got your back," Winter said as she squeezed your shoulder.

"We won't let anything bad happen to you. Yeah, you'll probably get a lecture from SM. But you can brush that off. Nothing worse will happen." NingNing promised before the four of them hugged you tight.

You still felt anxious and a little on edge.

The comments were still flooding in and people were creating theories online about why you had followed Sana.

But a few moments later, your phone chimed with a request for a private message.

You picked it up and through the hundreds of thousands of requests, you saw one at the top that caught your eye.

"Hey."

You looked at your members with wide eyes as they, too, saw the message.

Before any of you could say a word, another came in.

"I saw you followed me. I assume it was an accident and that's no big deal, it happens to everyone. Just wanted to see if you were okay. I know the comments and theories are crazy already. Message me back if you want to."

Your heart was going to explode.

Sana had just messaged you.

Not only do you have so much admiration for her but you swear you've never seen anyone as beautiful as her as long as you've lived.

You know you're bound to get a lecture at the least from SM and you know people are going to run wild with this... but, perhaps, it wasn't so bad after all.

Not when Sana is reaching out to you and checking on you - two things she didn't have to do but did anyway.

Maybe this will bring you a little closer to her.
