Author's Note: This is a pretty sad chapter and involves y/n passing away so if you're not in the mood to read something like this, please wait for the next update.
I love you all so much 🤍

"Sana? Is everything alright?" Chaeyoung asked as she watched Sana pace around the practice room with her phone against her ear.
Sana let out a heavy breath as she reached your voicemail once more and ended the call.
"I haven't heard from Y/N all day. I left at seven am and it's almost nine pm now. Not a single text or phone call or anything." Sana anxiously spoke.
Something didn't feel right.
Even though the girls are preparing for a comeback, you usually send her a couple of texts throughout the day just to check on her or let her know what you're up to so she knows all is well because sometimes she worries about you.
But she hasn't heard from you and you're not answering your phone.
"I have to go home." She said. "Something's just not right."
"You're anxious, Sana. Let someone else drive." Momo said.
"Come on, I'll drive," Nayeon spoke before grabbing the keys to Sana's car.
The plan was that Nayeon would drive to your' and Sana's house and then once they saw that you were okay, Sana would drive Nayeon back and she'd head home after.
But that's not how anything would end up working.
Just as Nayeon turned down the street to your' and Sana's home, they had to pull to the side as a firetruck, ambulance, and police cars sped by.
"What the hell is going on?" Nayeon asked aloud.
"Please don't be going to our place," Sana mumbled and anxiously bit her lip as Nayeon sped down the street.
"Oh, my god," Nayeon said as she pulled up to the house.
The sight was devastating.
The home you and Sana shared was barely standing now.
It had been painted a couple of beautiful colors, shades of blue and white across the outside.
But now it was black and there was smoke coming from all over.
Sana jumped out of the car and Nayeon followed before she went to follow Sana to the door.
But there was police tape all over as well as a few officers guarding the place and one caught Sana as she went to rush inside the house.
"Let me go! I live here, my girlfriend lives here! Let go of me!" Sana angrily shouted at them.
"You can't go in there." The officer said.
"Sana, stop. It's okay." Nayeon said as she came up to Sana and gently placed her hand on her friend's shoulder.
Sana could barely breathe as she stopped fighting the officer to go inside and instead, she looked around frantically.
"Where is she? Where's my girlfriend? Where's Y/N!?"
Before anyone could say or do anything, a medic started to walk out of the house with... a stretcher?
Sana's heart dropped and a gasp left her lips when she saw a body bag on it.
"No, no, no!" She shouted before rushing over to the medics as they walked to the ambulance. "Please tell me that's empty!"
She knew, deep in her heart, that it wasn't.
"I'm sorry." The medic said.
She started to sob, tears falling down her cheeks as Nayeon grabbed ahold of her.
She didn't have to see who was inside that bag... she knew it was you.
You were the only one home, there was no one else that it could be.
"It seems that she made some food and forgot to turn off the oven and fell asleep instead." Sana overheard an investigator say to a police officer. "It was accidental."
Sana fell to the ground and sobbed as Nayeon held onto her, crying with her.
"I have to wake up! This is just a bad dream. Nayeon, wake me up, please." Sana sobbed.
Nayeon just held her friend a little tighter.
This wasn't a bad dream, it was real.
You were gone and Sana wasn't sure how on earth she would ever get through this.
