Mikhael's POV

I was in my office at the family mansion, reading through newspapers, when my phone rang.

Jaz
Babe, pwede ka bang pumunta dito sa bahay?

Jaz
I'm all alone kasi eh, I need you by my side, please?

You
I'm on my way.

Jaz
Okay babe, ingat ka^^

I was about to leave when my phone rang. It was Johan.

[Dude Xylo tayo, sagot ko na, g kaba? Tagal ka na naming hindi nakikita e payag ka na. I'm with Collie and Gian]

"I'm sorry guys, I can't right now, Jaz texted me she said she needed me; maybe next time" I respond.

[Ay ganon ba, sige next weekend ha kapag ikaw hindi sumipot kakalimutan ka na namin] Johan said while laughing and I laughed as well.

"Deal, I'll even give you a car if I don't show up" I replied.

I set the newspaper on the table, grabbed my car keys, locked the office door behind me. I was walking down the hallway when my mom called out to me.

"Mikhael, where are you going?" Mom asked me with a confused face.

"I'm going to Xylo with my friends, Ma" I respond, smiling.

Mom held my hand. "You're big na anak ko, parang kahapon lang ang liit-liit mo pa, ngayon pa gala-gala ka na" She said with a laugh, holding my hands. I chuckled and kissed my mom on the forehead before leaving.

I told her I have to go, my friends must be waiting for me. Palabas na ako ng bahay nang makasalubong ko si dad sa pintuan kasama ang kuya ko kaya dali-dali akong napatungo at binati siya.

"Good morning, dad" I greeted.

"Saan ang punta mo, Mikhael?" Dad asked while kuya's looking at me.

"Pupunta ako ng Xylo papa, kasama ko mga kaibigan ko" I lied, my whole family has no idea that I have a relationship with someone, I felt guilty that I lied to mom.

"Xylo? Mikhael, you're always leaving, why don't you be like your older brother who helps me run our company?" Dad said with a calm voice.

I know dad can't raise his voice at me dahil kahit papaano, mahal niya ako kahit ganito ako. Mabait si dad, ngunit palagi niyang iniisip ang company namin kaya't madalas ay hindi mo ito matatanaw sa loob ng mansyon namin. While on the other hand, My mother chose to stay in our mansion and rest because she went to a lot of company to work with in the past weeks.

"Kuya can handle it, papa. You can't rely on me" I respond.

Dad sight and walked away. Kuya looked at me and tapped my shoulder. I know dad can't really rely on me lalo na't wala akong ibang ginawa sa buhay kun'di ang gumala.

when my dad and I are done talking, I immediately went to the carport and got into the car that my brother gave me as a gift for my birthday. My brother loves me so much, that's how he shows his love; being a gift giver.

I immediately went to Jaz's house and when I got there, I immediately parked my car in her garage. I got out of the car and locked it. Before I even knocked on the door, Jaz immediately opened it and hugged me tightly.

"Babe, I missed you!" Jaz said, I grabbed her chin and kissed her on forehead.

"I missed you too" I replied while hugging her.
