Delilah POV

I walked down the sidewalk walking up to the donut shop picking up a box of dozen donuts and two large coffees. After I grabbed my order I made my way to the radio station walking inside.

"Good morning Mrs Gibson!" The secretary greets. I looked over at her surprised that she knew my name. "Alastor told me your last name." She says as she looks up at me. "Just figured I'd bring that up before you asked or think I'm a creep." She chuckles softly before going back to reading her newspaper.

I nod slowly as I make my way to the room finding Alastor talking on his radio.

"The weather for today is sunny with a 50 percent chance of rain and thunderstorms around midnight tonight." He spoke on the mic as he looked down at his papers. "Police and family are still looking for that missing teen." He adds as he glances up at me and smiles softly. "If you have any questions or answers on that boy please call your nearest police office." Alastor spoke before muting his mic. He then plays music over his radio show before looking over at me.

"Good morning Dear!" He says happily as he stands up from his seat taking a donut and his cup of coffee. "I must say, you're my first assistant to actually bring in donuts and coffee for me on their first day of work!" He says happily as he takes a sip of his coffee.

"Guess I'm trying to make a good impression." I spoke softly with a small chuckle.

"Will I approve it!" He says happily as he sits back down on his chair playing another song for his listeners.

"So Darling." Alastor starts as he looks over at me. "For being my assistant, all you really have to do is have my papers set up and coffee ready.. sometimes we stay later than usual so lunch runs during those days." He says as he looks at me. "Sounds simple?"

"Too simple." I checked softly.

"Good." He says with a small smile before taking a bite of his donut.

           _______SKIP TIME ALASTOR POV_______

After two hours of working with Delilah I turned off my radio broadcast before standing up from my seat. "That was the best broadcast I've done in months!" I said with a small yawn.

Delilah chuckles softly as she nods. "Agree." She says before letting out a sigh. "I used to listen to your broadcast." She admits.

"Oh, I didn't know that." I spoke sounding surprised.

"Yeah." She says shyly before standing up from her seat.

"Will.. how far do you live from here?" I asked softly knowing she walked here from her apartment.

"Just about twenty minutes away?" She shrugs. I couldn't help but look her up and down. She was beautiful.

"Would you want a ride back?" I asked softly as I grabbed my coat.

"It's all good Alastor." She says softly before walking to the door.

"Nonsense. I don't mind!" I said softly with a small chuckle. "Who knows, maybe it's on my way to my home?" I shrugged

"I couldn't expect you to do that for me." She says back before opening the door. I followed her out of the room after turning off the lights.

"Will I ask." I replied back as I followed her down the hallway.

"You're not gonna stop, are you?" She asked.

"Nope! Not until you agree with me driving you home!" I replied back with a grin.

"Fine." She mumbles. I chuckled softly as I led the way out to my car humming softly. After we got inside my car I started it up and began to drive with Delilah telling me how to get to her apartment. A few minutes later we pulled up to her apartment.

"Thanks for the ride home Alastor." She spoke softly. I smiled and nodded. "Of course darling!" I spoke happily. She smiles as she opens the passenger door getting out. She walks around the car going inside the apartment building.

I sit softly before starting my car and begin to drive off. "Such a sweet and beautiful woman." I said to myself as I drove home.

Later on that night I went out into the woods and went for my nightly hunt..
